Notre belle maison de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain est confortable et invitant à tous les clients de tous horizons sont les bienvenus! Cette maison est située dans un quartier calme et est essentiellement située près du parcours de golf Duke, du centre de divertissement Ultra Star, de Copper Sky et du casino Harrah. Les oiseaux des neiges sont invités à rester pour s'éloigner du temps FROID, tout comme nos voisins canadiens. Notre maison de vacances confortable est conçue pour vous détendre et profiter de la vie dans le désert.

The checkin process was easy. The communication with hosts was quick and responsive. The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and was easy to navigate if you were shopping,dining,or visiting the local casino. The only misleading thing I found in the description was the pool table. The table needs new cushions and cue sticks need new tips. Our main objective was to get away from the midwest winter and this place definitely delivered.

Excellent price, excellent house

We visited the property when we were in town for a baseball tournament. My son(16) love the pool table and ping pong. I loved having space and a washer and dryer for the dirty uniforms. Great location for us and very nice.

Was just ok.. The toilet in the master br needs a new flush valve{it is loud}. And cars all over the street. Be careful when you back out of this driveway. The pool table is basically useless. So its just ok..

Lovely home, very spacious. Close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again.Dani & Jou were very quick to answer any concerns or questions.

FAMILY VISIT

Lovely home close to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable for adults, but would work beautifully for a family with children. The home is in an established neighborhood. Parking in the garage was a real plus for us. We will definitely stay here when we come again!

Good location and neighborhood

Peaceful quiet neighborhood. Property was clean and adequately stocked with utensils and appliances. The bottled water dispenser with hot/cold water was very nice to have. Pool table was a plus for down time entertainment, as well as the BBQ grill and patio for a small family get together. The only down sides were low water pressure in the showers and the cookware had been abused.

Good Communication

This was an older property that needed a little sprucing up. We communicated with the owners while there to address the issues which we appreciated. Some still needed addressed after our departure. Hope that the poolball table gets addressed as it is one of the reasons we went there.

The house was a good fit for us. Only thing that was not great was the grill did not work. Other than that, the house worked really well for us. Would book again.

Large home in a nice neighborhood

We very much enjoyed this home, it’s a very spacious layout. The homeowners were lovely and responded quickly when we had a very small hiccup upon check in. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was very nice and clean. It suited us well. We could not get in the house initially when arriving as we were given the wrong code. However ,we contacted the owner and he gave us the correct code. We were unable to play pool as the bumper cushions on each end were broke. Other than that our stay was delightful!

The house was beautifully furnished in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, the linens and towels fresh. High speed internet worked great, no issues at all. I would definitely rent this house again.

Fully furnished, convenient location

The property was clean, fully furnished, quiet neighborhood and would considered renting in future. One draw back is that the sofa and love seat are too soft and uncomfortable when sitting for any length of time.

A very nice place to stay away from home.

Although we have to stay in another house of the owner, because some misunderstandings about the date we were arriving, he was very cooperative and gave us another just in front on the street of the original one. That was very important for us because we needed to stay near our grandsons house. The owner was in constant communication with us about our needs. He provide us with written information about the Maricopa area in a binder that was in the living room. Our family had a great Thanksgiving week as we were at our own home. Sure I recommend this rental. Sure I"ll go again.
