Profitez de la sérénité à Saluda! Une ferme de 110 ans sur 2 acres de beaux jardins

Cette belle maison ancienne sur 2 hectares de jardins et d'arbres géants se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied de Main St Saluda et de ses boutiques et restaurants pittoresques. Il est entouré par la sérénité de Bradley Nature Preserve et des sentiers de randonnée.

4 belles chambres et 2 salles de bains (prĂȘt pour un bain dans la baignoire sur pattes?) avec beaucoup de caractĂšre de maison ancienne, et une dĂ©coration de ferme fraĂźche et confortable. DĂ©tendez-vous sur l'un des porches (3), balancez-vous dans le hamac, Ă©coutez le petit Ă©tang avec ses grenouilles crochues ou promenez-vous dans les jardins. Ensuite, promenez-vous dans la forĂȘt qui entoure la maison ou rassemblez-vous dans le foyer. A travaillĂ© sur un appĂ©tit? Installez-vous dans le barbecue au charbon de bois ou promenez-vous dans l'un des nombreux restaurants amusants du centre-ville.

La chambre principale à l'étage principal dispose d'un lit Queen et d'une salle de bain attenante. La chambre 2 à l'étage dispose d'un lit Queen, la chambre 3 dispose d'un lit double et de lits jumeaux (avec 2 matelas jumeaux dissimulés sous le lit), et la chambre 4 dispose d'un lit double et d'un petit bureau. La salle de bain 2 avec la baignoire sur pattes est à l'étage.

La télévision propose Sling TV et vous pouvez brancher votre abonnement Netflix si vous le souhaitez.

AprĂšs avoir rĂ©tabli votre Ă©quilibre dans notre petite maison apaisante, vous voudrez peut-ĂȘtre sauter dans la voiture pour vous rendre Ă  des dizaines de cascades, de sentiers de randonnĂ©e ou aller sur la riviĂšre verte. Si vous avez envie d'adrĂ©naline ou ĂȘtes un amateur de plein air, du kayak, du vĂ©lo, du poisson, de l'escalade ou de la tyrolienne de la gorge.

Les cavaliers adoreront l'accĂšs rapide au centre Ă©questre international de Tryon.

Such a perfect family venue. We cooked, we grilled and just had the nicest time being together. Comfy accommodations, fun outdoor activities including a great fire pit and beautiful grounds. We walked into town for lunch and play one day and thoroughly enjoyed it!
Celebrating a big milestone birthday!
Wakey Monkey is a must for coffee and pastries! A 10-15 walk.

Serenity Now!

We had an exceptional stay at this gorgeous property! We were visiting for a family wedding and it was so nice to be able to get home to this wonderful house after our busy days. The place is very well appointed with everything you could need and is especially excellent at night when it is so dark and quiet. We arrived late and Tricia even helped arrange groceries for us for breakfast! If we are ever back in NC will stay there again - and next time we will bring our dog!

Serenity in saluda is a peace of heaven!

This is our second time staying at serenity in saluda! The house is comfy cozy and perfect for families and pets. The location is close to many waterfalls and excursions. Down town saluda is in walking distance and offers a nostalgic experience! The host is extremely accommodating and provides guests with a wonderful experience!!we hope to make many more memories at this house in years to come !!

Family weekend

We were visiting town with family for a get together. We had 5 in our group and a small dog. Everything was amazing with our stay. The kitchen has everything we could need. The house was clean and inviting. We loved the enclosed yard for our dog and the fire pit out back was a great option for us to gather together. Atticus was quick to assist when we had a minor issue with the electronic keypad which quickly resolved the problem! We would love to stay again and likely will if in the area again!

Dream Stay at Serenity

My husband and I from Chicago met up with our son's family at Serenity. They arrived an hour before us and texted immediately to say the house is "FANTASTIC!" That word describes our entire week stay at your lovely home! The house had old-world charm but with all the modern amenities and conveniences. Our 2 grandchildren (age 9 years plus a toddler age 20 months) loved the tree swing and playing outside in the lovely grounds. It was great being right next to the nature preserve and we even found some morel mushrooms on our walk! We loved exploring Saluda and found the people amazingly friendly and clearly proud of their little town. We also spent a day exploring Hendersonville and Asheville. The only disappointment was that my son and family were really hoping to spot bears ... maybe on our next visit! Our host Tricia could not have been more helpful in providing info about the area, restaurants, things to do, etc. She made the reservation process and check-in and -out process so easy. We loved playing the ring hook game on the back deck and we even made home-made pizza one evening! The kitchen was very well-stocked, and we definitely availed ourselves of that as we had a toddler whose schedule kept us home for dinner quite a bit! The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been an additional week at Serenity. We'd love to go back later in the spring to enjoy more of this beautiful area of NC and get in more hiking and exploring.

Our Christmas Rental

Very nice host. Charming, clean (only top of fridge missed), spacious, pet-friendly home with comfortable beds and many starter items (soap, spices, etc.). Great location at .6 miles from downtown Saluda. Around the corner from I-26. Would've traded the larger nightstands for smaller tables to accommodate a king bed in one of the rooms. We knew there were no kings when we booked, but we didn't realize our 40-something bones and 200+ pound bodies didn't sleep as well in queens anymore. We knew there was only one shower in the house (suggest adding a handshower to the tub upstairs), but didn't know that the only way in and out of the one bathroom on the main level was through the bedroom, which was limiting. TV only in one of the four bedrooms (could be a pro or con depending on preference). Great smart tvs in the family room and kids' room. The only other suggestion is to replace or add to the sheer curtains for more sun block and privacy. Due to cooler temps and rain, we didn't spend any time outdoors, but the deck, porch, and fire pit were inviting (would've been nice to have a working fireplace in the home). This is our sixth rental in Polk County/the area. It is top two.

1906 stylish

Lovely house with good “ bones” and stylish interior design. Very comfortable for family of 5 adults . Beautiful wooded setting with large old-growth garden plantings. Kitchen well-furnished.

Sanctuary in Saluda

Wonderful home on exquisite grounds. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. We loved the outdoor seating areas especially the dog yard for our girl. She felt right at home too! We would definitely love to stay here again.

A Wonderful Getaway!

An absolutely charming house surrounded with beautiful landscaping! We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and the big front porch swing. Our family had great fun tubing down the nearby Green River and visiting the shops and train museum in the quaint town of Saluda. We also experienced spectacular mountain views with opportunities in the area for hiking and sightseeing. We would not hesitate to come again!
