Ce magnifique lac Burton, au bord du lac, dans les montagnes de GĂ©orgie du Nord. SituĂ© dans une crique tranquille, Ă  20 pas du lac, en eau profonde. Le lac Burton continue d'avoir une piscine d'eau complĂšte. Grand quai avec deux glissades. Peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  4 bateaux Ă  la fois. Chaises Adirondack. Super bain de soleil et zone de baignade. La maison est conçue avec la dĂ©tente Ă  l'esprit. DĂ©tendez-vous sur le quai ou rock sur des chaises longues donnant sur le lac. Location de bateaux disponibles dans les marinas Ă  proximitĂ©, fournissant des bateaux de ski et de ponton et des jet-skis. PĂȘche Ă  quai.

Perfection!!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the lake. This house was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you need to prepare a meal. It was extremely clean! Most importantly, the host was very helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic property and great hosts.

This was an A experience all the way around. Beautiful property and very generous touches from the owners, like the cookies and the bottles of water. Everyone who came was raving about how beautiful the house is, and we all want to book again in the future. This should be on a “best of VRBO” list.

Great Property!

I can't say enough about how great this house is and how great the Owners are! The house itself is in a great location. It is clean and just the perfect house for our family. The Owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip. Would recommend 10/10 times.

Fabulous Lakefront Destination

Great time at the Lake

We had a really great time staying here! Everything was clean, fully stocked and ready for us when we arrived. I’ve stayed at the lake for many years and this was the first who’s kitchen was fully stocked! For people with kids that’s a major plus! The owners responded immediately to any questions we had and were very helpful. We hope to stay here again soon!

Beyond expectations!

If you are looking for a well appointed new home on Lake Burton, this is it! The view is fantastic. Perfect for our family of 5- two kids under 5 and an infant. Well stocked kitchen and perfect afternoons on the dock. The LaPrada Marina is nearby and an easy boat rental. We will definitely be back!

Great house and beautiful Lake!

This property was clean, and had everything you could ever need! It is on a great Channel, the kids loving swimming off the dock!! The water is so clear! The layout of the house is great because every room has its on bathroom which was good with three different couples. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would stay again! Thanks!

Peaceful lake retreat

Everything was perfect! Tom and Kathy’s home is gorgeous! They haven’t missed a single detail. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable. The house is in pristine condition. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The large dock had plenty of seating including lounge chairs and several umbrellas. Our children especially loved being able to use the kayak in the peaceful cove. We are already looking forward to our next visit!!

Lovely spot on Lake Burton

What a special spot to spend time by the lake! Our family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful relaxing holiday in the Wesley’s lovely lakefront home. The home is well appointed with everything you might need for a great trip to the lake. Spacious and well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of outdoor seating, and the quiet of Perrin Cove. Amazing Lake Retreat Experience!

Gosh where to start? We can’t say enough good things about this well appointed lake house and the owners Tom & Kathy... a 5 Star experience all around! The home was just as advertised and more! Fantastic Spring Break getaway for our family and and friends (4 adults and 2 kids). We had the absolute BEST time and such a wonderful experience! The home appeared newly renovated and updated, it was beautifully decorated, very clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were so comfortable and perfect following a full days hike lol. Deck and dock were both awesome...Loved sitting on the deck, rocking in the Adirondack rockers at sunrise sipping coffee and enjoying the peaceful lake views and the men and boys enjoyed jumping in the lake for a very brief moment as it was still too chilly at 42° to swim lol. The grill came in handy for those evenings we wanted to bbq and the kitchen had every gadget and tool needed in addition to sufficient pots and pans and dish ware. The board games were fun on those rainy days as our families gathered around the kitchen table and enjoyed some laughs... we truly made some great memories in this home! :) Tom & Kathy were so attentive and sweet. They were very responsive and accommodating. They truly care about their guests and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation and a beautiful home to make memories... look no further, this is it!!! We can’t wait to return to The Retreat at Lake Burton! Thanks again Tom & Kathy!

We have had our vacation home on Lake Burton for over 30 years. We lost the original house to a fire in 8 years ago. We have completely rebuilt a new home on our old lot.

Kathy and Tom are both from Atlanta and have a home outside of Nashville where their daughter and her family live. Tom still works in Atlanta for the Wesley Company, a commercial real estate company. Tom's family has been in commercial real estate in Atlanta since 1890. Our son works with Tom as his partner in the real estate business in Atlanta. In addition to being the company administrator, Kathy helps our daughter with our two grandchildren. The whole family enjoys visiting and staying at the lake house regularly.

A lovely, rustic, contemporary home. Very nicely appointed, making the stay as much about treating yourself to a special experience as being at the Lake. There are very few vacation rentals on Lake Burton that are as nice as this one. When selecting the design, the owner wanted to create an experience that might compare to the Lake Districts of Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Germany.

Beautifully furnished and equipped. Located directly at the shore of Lake Burton. Beautiful views and surroundings, year round! Convenient for traveling to and from Atlanta, if you have to for any reason.
