Bienvenue à Ma'alaea Banyans, qui offre une vue panoramique sur le majestueux océan Pacifique, le cratère Haleakala, Molokini et l’île Kaho'olawve! Ma'alaea Banyans est situé dans le paisible village de Ma'alaea et est idéalement situé à 20 minutes de l'aéroport, Kahului, Lahaina, Kihei et plus encore! Profitez de ces incroyables couchers de soleil de Maui tous les soirs depuis votre lanai privé tout en regardant la famille des honu (tortues de mer) qui fréquentent les rochers au large des côtes. Dans les mois d'hiver, vous pouvez profiter de l'observation des baleines depuis votre lanai! Le port de Ma'alaea est à cinq minutes à pied du centre-ville et constitue le meilleur endroit pour réserver une excursion de plongée avec tuba à Molokini et Turtle Town, une croisière au coucher du soleil ou une excursion d'observation des baleines! Au port de Ma'alaea, il y a des magasins, des restaurants et l'aquarium de Maui! Beach Bums et Seascape Restaurant proposent tous deux un fabuleux happy hour! Assurez-vous d'essayer les célèbres côtes levées à Beach Bums!

Le complexe dispose d'une piscine en bord de mer et du seul bain à remous de Ma'alaea! Il y a un accès sécurisé à la plage ou une courte promenade de cinq minutes vous amène au Haycraft Park, où vous pourrez marcher pendant cinq miles à travers Sugar Beach, connue pour son sable blanc et doux et qui est l'une des plus belles plages de Maui! Si vous êtes chanceux de pouvoir vous rendre au South Swell, vous pourrez voir les surfeurs affluant sur le célèbre pipeline Ma'alaea! Prenez une chaise et dirigez-vous vers la plage pour tout prendre ou profitez du confort de votre véranda privée.

Ce dernier étage condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains a été récemment mis à jour et est soigneusement meublé et stocké pour faire de cette unité votre maison loin de chez vous! Le salon dispose d'une salle à manger pour quatre personnes qui est ouverte à la véranda pour la vie intérieure / extérieure! Ouvrez les fenêtres pour profiter des alizés rafraîchissants! La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour le chef de votre famille! Le marché Tradewinds est situé dans la rue pour ramasser l'essentiel et préparer votre repas préféré pour un repas en plein air sur la véranda. Au premier étage se trouve la chambre d'amis avec lit queen size et une salle de bain située dans le couloir qui a été récemment mis à jour! La chambre principale est située à l'étage et comprend un lit queen-size et une salle de bains privative dotée d'une vanité et d'une douche modernes. Endormez-vous au son des vagues sur le rivage!

Il y a une salle de bonus supplémentaire à l'étage avec un canapé futon et télévision, ce qui en fait l'escapade privée parfaite pour le keiki (enfants)! Ce condo est le parfait pour les couples et les petites familles! Le salon dispose d'une unité AC et il y a des ventilateurs de plafond dans l'ensemble de l'unité. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité.

Beautiful property with a great location!! You’re only 20-30 minutes to locations like Paia and Kaanapali. The apartment was clean/updated, the beds were comfortable, the patio view was incredible (we saw whales and turtles while drinking our coffees!). Highly recommend and would book again!

This property is in a short string of other condos, but I think this one had the best view to the water and good design on the unit. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great view

Condo is comfortable and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and condo was well supplied for beach visits. View from the lanai was amazing, we watched whales and turtles daily.

Beautiful and convenient location. We were able to travel to all of the other areas of the island with ease from here. The hot tub looking out into the bay was so nice. Wanted to give à five star but there were a few housekeeping issues. The glass doors were covered in fingerprints and the dishes had food on caked on. The speaker on the living room tv was blown out and we experienced some water backing up in the shower- likely from sand build up in the drain but was inconvenient.

The views are spectacular

I spent 10 days with my sister at this property we saw whales continually on the lanai. The grounds are beautiful the unit was spotless and just how it looks in the pictures. I am definitely coming back. I loved my stay.

Great location

Great location, amenities, and AMAZING view! It felt like a peaceful retreat, just a short drive from main areas and short walk to essential shopping, food, and the harbor. Loft area was not very clean (mainly the carpet - obviously not vacuumed as upon arrival we found dirt, sand, beads…). Overall, definitely recommend.

Like Whale Watching?

This place is a compact 2 bedroom that has an amazing view of the ocean and whales at play (in winter) as well as a view of the entire mountain of Haleakala right off the Lanai. Nice kitchen, nice bedrooms. Seating (one couch, no chairs - except for bar chairs and outside chairs), and dining not the best, but useable.

Awesome vacation get away!

Perfect vacation place! Amazing ocean view, quiet, relaxing place to stay. Dining and shopping short walk away. Tante restaurant was great! Cute gift shops. Walk to marina for boat tours. Turtle sightings every day from the patio! Beautiful! Buzz was great! He gave us lots of suggestions for sights to see and even sang songs for the group on Saturday! Would definately stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful Maui!

The location was nicely placed close to a nice beach and shops/restaurants and harbor. Saw turtles daily! Nice unit and timely communication with owners. Great space for 2 people as not set up for more than that regarding eating. Small kitchen and hallways made it challenging to prep meals and enter/exit unit with items in hand. Overall very nice!!

My only disappointment was the pool/hot tub closed at 9pm sharp, as did all access to the beach. Otherwise the staff was prompt to assist as needed and our stay was wonderful

Great location on the beach... love hearing the waves

Property is great.. got to see sea turtles every day.. easy walk to local beach.... easy walk to sea excursions.. only issue is there is limited air conditioning... we ended up not using it.. we just used trade wind flow through condo.

4th visit to Maui Banyans

We love this place! Very quiet. Kitchen well stocked and love to sit on the lanai! Close to a nice beach walk that isn’t crowded. The only thing I would change is the sofa. It is very firm and becoming uncomfortable. Also, for those that may have mobility issues, the chairs on the lanai are quite tall. I like the laundry upstairs. We will return!!

Wendy, but it’s still beautiful Maui

The condo was very nice nicely stocked with everything you need. The only problem was it was not mentioned in the listing, and not mention by the rental agency that elevator was not working my wife has bad knees we were on the fourth floor. She has sustained more injury to her knees, going up and down the stairs I will be seeking compensation through my attorney since management would not return my calls or emails on this manner. coldwell Banker property management is just in for the money. They will be losing a lot of money now when I get done.

Beautiful View

The view was amazing and it was wonderful hearing the waves at night. Condo was immaculate upon arrival and the kitchen is well-provisioned. It was nice being between Kihei and Lahaina and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We saw turtles and whales from the balcony (mid-March). The couch and beds uncomfortable. The futon/frame was terrible. My 10yo son put the futon mattress on the floor. We ended up purchasing a twin memory foam from Walmart to put on top of the mattress. It was quiet and peaceful at night.
