Family vacation

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. We especially loved coffee on the deck in the morning, cooking family dinners, and all the amazing activities pagosa has to offer during the day.Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to vacation!

Beautiful cabin with beautiful views

I would have given this a five but all the HOA rules/owner rules made it difficult. Rules about the lights, about the blinds, about the noise, and even so much as neighbors sending pictures to let owner know we hadn’t turned off the lights yet; which it wasn’t 10 yet. This house is great for big families and has everything you will need. Location is great and only 12-15 min outside of town. King size bed is comfy but other beds could use some updating or better mattress toppers. our vacation was spent with everyone being sick so we spent a lot of time in the cabin and overall cabin was great! Pagosa Springs is beautiful!

Great cozy home with outdoor space!

We love coming to Pagosa Springs in the winter and sledding is our favorite activity! This house checked all the boxes for us. Cozy, full of amenities, and a sledding hill next door!! Will definitely book again if the opportunity arises!!

Great place to stay!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this house. It’s a perfect location — close enough to town and having a remote, secluded feel to the property as well. We saw so many stars at night! The area is truly beautiful, and the house is perhaps one of our favorite VRBO’s we have ever visited. The house has as many appliances as you can need, so there’s no need to bring your own items. Very convenient. A nice owner as well and lots of room for the family to stay. We had plenty of room to spare! Our family especially enjoyed the games and books, as well as music and dvds, that the house came with. The view of the mountains from the back porch was lovely! A great place to stay with others without getting on each other’s nerves.

Beautiful views, beautiful cabin.

Plenty of comfortable space to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. All amenities were clearly communicated leaving us time to just enjoy our stay, hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling. The owners are great communicators and accommodating. Thank you for making our vacation so relaxing.

Amazing property and gorgeous views

The house is so well maintained because the owners live here as well. We’ve stayed at many properties and this was the best house so far. There was a huge winter storm when we stayed there, the driveway is extremely hard to get up because it freezes over, but we parked our minivans at the bottom and walked up no problem. The kids loved the sledding hill and were constantly entertained. The Mountain Views were beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely love to stay here again in the spring or fall time for good hiking. The owners were very responsive the entire stay. We stayed comfortably with 10 people, 3 kids under 6 loved the downstairs bunk room. The fireplace was amazing at keeping the house super warm. Highly recommend it.

Amazing holiday stay

Had a great Thanksgiving holiday! This place had amazing views. The fully equipped kitchen made our stay stress free as we cooked our Thanksgiving meal. It was exactly as described in the listing! It was great, clean and comfy!

Winter Wonderland!

This property exceeded our expectations! The kids loved having their very own private sledding hill and coffee morning views were Breathtaking! The Marstiller’s were extremely accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had! Can’t wait to come back!!

Everything was awesome with the location, home, and communication. We like the outside lights on!

It was perfect and accommodating. The hills on both sides are great if you are looking for inexpensive fun. Make sure to have 4x4 for the driveway, you will need it. The location is 10- 15 minutes from the Walmart, Hot Springs and all Pagosa Springs shops. Our family goes every Winter and will return 2023. Thanks Diana and Dave for all your hospitality!

What a fantastic rental!!!

This was our first family vacay with adult grown children and their families. What a phenomenal place to stay in Pagosa! Each family had their own floor and we all had plenty of "elbow room". All beds were comfy. The gas fireplace really heats the house to a cozy level. Great meeting place on main level for dinners, game-watching, and taking in the stunning views. This will definitely be our "go-to" when visiting Pagosa. Dave could not do enough and make check-in/check-out so seamless.

Best Christmas Ever

This house was the perfect house for our family. We were able to just stay at the house and have plenty of fun sledding and tubing down the greenbelt next to the house. In fact there was so much snow that we were able to tube and sled down the driveway. The views were just breathtaking from the house, like postcards. I would most defiantly choose this house to stay in again!

Fantastic home and location

4 adults and 5 children stayed for the week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tons of fun activities

Fantastic property!

This beautiful property is even better in person! It is very clean and stocked with anything you need. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for our family - it is close to so many Pagosa activities and the views are unbeatable. Beautiful cabin with amazing views.

This cabin was amazing. The large windows with the awesome views made it that much better. The host were easy to communicate with and set the house up to make us feel welcome and at home. Would highly recommend this property. Very spacious and open so large groups can hang out together.

We both grew up in Michigan and missed winter activities having lived in the heat of the southwest for the past 25 years. Diana started skiing in Colorado as a teenager and longed to get back on the great snow of the Rockies. Dave is an avid biker and fell in love with the mountain bike trails of the Pagosa Springs area upon first ride. Our good friends from home invited us to Pagosa Springs and after staying with them a few times in the last 2.5 years, we fell in love with the area and decided we needed a place here too!

We instantly fell in love with this cabin and its proximity to Wolf Creek Ski Area, the national forest, and Hatcher Lake! We love the natural beauty of the surrounding area and the views of the San Juan mountains are incredible!
