Cette maison est PARFAITE pour tout et n'importe quoi U de A! Moins de 5 minutes du centre-ville de Tuscaloosa, cette maison est également à distance de marche du centre-ville de Northport - un quartier charmant et accessible à pied avec des magasins et des restaurants et, bien sûr, Billy's Sports Bar and Grill! Le centre-ville de Northport abrite des galeries d'art et des festivals tels que le Kentuck Art Festival (3e samedi et dimanche d'octobre) et le Dickens Downtown (le 1er mardi de décembre). La maison dispose de 3 chambres avec une nouvelle literie de qualité hôtelière. Il y a 2 salles de bains et 2 unités de climatisation, une en bas et une à l'étage qui sont neuves. La salle familiale a un nouveau canapé d'angle qui accueille tous vos amis et votre famille pour un ballon de football et une télévision de 55 pouces pour le regarder! Sièges de salle à manger jusqu'à 10 et sièges de table à coin 6. La cuisine est entièrement approvisionnée et l'arrière-cour abrite un magnifique patio avec 2 tables (une table haute pour 2 et 1 régulière pour 4) et un barbecue. Il y a un chalet d'invité dans la cour qui a sa propre entrée et allée.

Les salles de bain ont été entièrement rénovées. Terminé en mars 2019.

Cette maison est également loin de toute la construction en cours à Tuscaloosa!

My family was in town for a funeral and the house was perfect for our needs.

This was our second time renting this home because it’s perfect for our family and in a great location.

A great weekend in Tuscaloosa

Spent time at this property celebrating an early Thanksgiving with our son at UA. The set up was perfect for that and the location was easy and quick access to campus and the stadium. The home had everything we needed! Thank you!

Perfect property in a perfect location!

This property was beyond amazing for my family while in town for an extended stay! Elizabeth was an excellent host- so kind, prompt communication and made sure we had everything we needed to have the best stay possible. The charming home is beautifully decorated and had ample space for my family to spread out. It has very easy access to downtown Northport and Tuscaloosa. We will definitely be staying again when family is in town!

Fabulous!

This is one of the most beautiful homes in North Port. The house is perfect for families and football enthusiast. It is very clean and the decorations are very modern. Close to all entertainment and away from the downtown construction.

Eggs-cellent Choice!

We truly enjoyed our U of A Parent’s Weekend stay in Northport, Alabama. The home was a perfect size for our family and everyone agreed that the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again if our granddaughter invites us back! PS - Downtown Northport’s Easter Egg Walk was a pleasant surprise.

Football weekend

The house was everything we could have hoped for and more. Beautiful architecture, updated, quiet neighborhood, super easy access to the college and the rest of Tuscaloosa. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Roll Tide!

Cozy and Comfortable Home in Northport

This is an older house that has been remodeled. It is big , but very cozy and comfortable. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Nice deck With a grill that we used two nights. Very comfortable living Spaces also. We would definitely stay there again.

Really Nice!

I usually do not write much about a property, but this place is very very nice! Perfect for any family or friend get together. The house is top notch, comfortable, has all accessories and location if perfect. It is evident the owners have put a lot of thought and love in this home. I highly recommend this home if you are staying in Tuscaloosa!

Perfect house for family

This is a perfect home for the whole family! We stayed 4 days, and there was tons of room to keep 6 family members happy! The house is well stocked with everything you need to cook lots and host a luncheon for 16! Owner Elizabeth was fantastic, as was her property manager, Royce. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay…and I’m pretty picky! Roll Tide!

Perfect home for Bama visit!!

This was a wonderful home to stay for the weekend to visit our son and go to a football game! Home is beautifully decorated with an Alabama theme! It was clean and Elizabeth had everything you would need for an easy and comfortable stay. A short walk to downtown Northport and an easy ride into Tuscaloosa!! We will definitely be back!! RTR

Perfect weekend getaway!

We had such a wonderful time during our short stay here. Elizabeth was more than accommodating and so communicative. The house was warm when we arrived and it was equipped with everything to make us comfortable. I can definitely see this as the perfect holiday meeting place for a family with a beautiful dining area and two living rooms. I would say anyone would be happy with this beautiful property! It was wonderful.

Beautiful and Comfortable

House is a beauty. Nicely appointed. Comfortable beds and living furniture. Relaxing deck/ yard. Great quality dishes, glasses, pots, etc. Very responsive owner. She even got a new roasting pan as we were there for Thanksgiving. Easy communication and check in/ out. A wonderful stay. Will definitely go back.

Bridal day getting ready

Property is a lovely historic home with large spacious rooms. We rented the property for my daughter’s wedding weekend and the bridesmaids all came to have hair and makeup done before the wedding. The photographers got some lovely shots of the bridal party on the back deck with its magical trellis and pretty yard. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to questions. They thought of small details to add to your stay.

Lovely, charming old home in Northport

Great space. Well appointed kitchen. Beautiful backyard. There were no trash sacks and no paper towels. There was also no info about the house, where to find things, how various systems worked (HVAC) and in particular there was no information about wifi and password. We contacted the host with questions, but a notebook with information and details would have been helpful and appreciated. There is a lovely deck and backyard, but only 2 chairs. That was disappointing. Some attention to detail was needed. However, we had a great time and would return again.

Beki, Thank you for the review even with all the issues you faced! If you will, please look back at the VRBO inbox. I sent directions for the house on October 15th at 12:54 with WiFi instructions and again on October 18th. As for the trash bags and paper towels, that is all me. I will be sure and fix that immediately. There are, or should be, a bistro table with two chairs and a round table in the backyard with 4 chairs. If not, we have a bigger problem! I have never actually been asked how to use the heating and air. I’m sorry I did not give instruction. I take these things very seriously and will make sure my next guests get all the info they need. I do hope you come back and stay with us. You are welcome anytime! Elizabeth

Christmas with family

Even though my husband and I couldn't go due to COVID, my son and girlfriend enjoyed the property very much which was across the street from my other son. He said it was very large and comfortable and the the mattress was so comfy; the best sleep he's had in weeks. Looking forward to enjoying it as a whole family in the future.

Bama football weekend

Very nice property. There was a strong fish smell when we checked in. Discovered on was coming from Disposal. Ran hot water with soap and took care of it. Property clean and very comfortable. Outside deck and grill are very nice! Overall we enjoyed the stay very much.

Our first non 5 star review!! Ha! Thank you for sharing about the sink. We have never had anyone tell us that and therefore never had it looked at. I will absolutely have someone make sure that doesn't happen again. We are very happy you enjoyed the house!
