This was our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed our stay again. Katie responded quickly to an issue we had upon arriving. All the comforts of home with a sandy beach. A park close by for our granddaughters to enjoy. We enjoyed some shopping and there are plenty of eateries. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this home! We loved the lake view from the living room, how close it was to the boat launch, and the ability to leave our boat at the dock for our stay. The property was clean and well taken care of. We liked the new deck! We would definitely stay here again.

This VRBO is so well situated allowing visitors to enjoy the bustling activities of Gumsrud park along with the beauty of Budd lake, with the bonus of having easy access to many things around Fairmont. We found it provided the perfect room for our family members to find their own space or to gather together inside and out. We Love our time spent here, The only problem was that we had to leave and go home.

Perfect location

We have a great time visiting Fairmont! Host was very responsive and even brought over a hairdryer same day when we needed it. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Spot

We were all very impressed with Fairmont. Great food and activities all walking distance from the house, swimming from the backyard, and tons to do. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful lakefront property!

We stayed in mid October and had a wonderful time. Perfect for families with children. The kitchen is well appointed and the large park next door was so fun for the kids.

Repeat stay and perfect for summer!

Second stay for us and it was a pleasure as always. Very clean upon checkin, perfect location with playground, Dairy Freeze, pool, and pontoons, and only wish we would have stayed longer! Next time we will!

Perfect Lake Vacation

This is our second time staying here. We love the private beach, awesome park next door and ice cream shop within walking distance! The house is clean and comfy, with everything we needed. Owners respond quickly to any questions. We will be back next summer!

Perfect Vacation!

Clean, spacious home! Our kids spent lots of time on the private beach and we used the kayaks daily. It was great to have the park next door and an ice cream shop so close! We had such an enjoyable trip and are planning to return next summer!

Great property!

Lots of space and things to do within walking distance. Only complaint is we were wishing for more sunshine although we still enjoyed our stay :) Check in process was smooth and everything went as expected. Host was easy to reach if anything was needed.
