D'aprĂšs Wikipedia: Un Jangada est un bateau de pĂȘche traditionnel (en fait un radeau Ă  voile) fabriquĂ© Ă  partir de bois utilisĂ© dans la rĂ©gion nord du BrĂ©sil. La construction de la jangada intĂšgre certaines amĂ©liorations apportĂ©es Ă  l'artisanat nĂ©olithique: de meilleurs matĂ©riaux ont Ă©tĂ© trouvĂ©s et la physique de la voile a Ă©tĂ© mieux observĂ©e grĂące Ă  l'expĂ©rimentation. Les dïżœïżœtails sont Ă©troitement gardĂ©s par des artisans.

Jangada Breeze sur Folly Beach est une maison de plage magnifiquement rénovée et fabriquée à la main. La construction moderne a incorporé des notes de design de maison de plage traditionnelle comme les planchers de pin partout et les plafonds de pin à gorge. Aucun espace n'a été négligé dans cette maison impeccablement conçue.

Jangada Breeze est situé sur un grand terrain et à seulement 100 mÚtres de l'océan. Lorsque vous entrez dans la propriété, une grande véranda vous accueille. Détendez-vous sur le canapé, les chaises ou le hamac confortables tout en profitant de la brise fraßche de l'océan. Une fois à l'intérieur de la maison, la cuisine ouverte, le salon et la salle à manger offrent de nombreux espaces pour permettre à votre groupe de se détendre. La cuisine du chef comprend une cuisiniÚre à gaz, de grands plans de travail en quartz et des appareils haut de gamme avec étagÚres ouvertes et nombreux rangements. Il y a une grande table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et un ßlot de cuisine avec des siÚges supplémentaires. Hors de la cuisine est une laveuse et sécheuse et demi-bain.

La suite principale a un lit king size et une grande salle de bain avec douche carrelée et double vasque. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen et partage une salle de bain avec la troisiÚme chambre avec deux lits jumeaux.

Block from the beach

House was nicely update! We all really liked it. Be aware that most homes in that area are elevated so you have to climb stairs. Tv controller took time to figure out?Overall we spent 7 days there and were happy with it. We were close to visit many sights . Charleston was a nice surprise.

Lovely beach getaway

My family enjoyed a long weekend at this beautifully renovated property. The decor is lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. We loved the spacious outdoor porches and being just steps from the beach access. We can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect Stay in Folly Beach

This beach house was perfect for our group for our 3 week stay. The house was super clean and has everything you need to entertain family or want to just keep it simple...you don't have to bring a thing! Everything was well stocked, from dishes, books, yoga mat to extra blankets and pillows. The house was decorated nicely and has a special real home feel. The layout was great so we could all be together comfortably, either while preparing meals on the huge kitchen island or lounging by the fireplace. Wifi worked great and the screened in front porch was very inviting and got lots of sun. The location both to the beach and to Folly Beach town was easily walkable. The weather got a bit cold and it snowed while we were there and the property managers were in contact right away to give some extra support if needed. We would rent this place again when we return to the area!

Great Stay on Folly Beach

We stayed here on for 3 nights and it was lovely and super close to the beach! We had a hiccup and the code for check in wasn’t working but they got that working pretty quickly, but frustrating when you have a little infant in needs after traveling.The kitchen and living room is lovely. The remodel is great and both porches are incredible for chilling.Lots of dishes and utensils. Bring your own dish soap, hand soap for the kitchen and laundry detergent if you use those things.The guest bathroom has a lack of ventilation so they put in a small dehumidifier to help that thought not sure it’s completely helpful. I don’t think they did a full gut in that bathroom. We also kept the door open if used that shower to keep the circulation from preventing mold because a family member is highly sensitive. Other than that great property. We found some dog hair from previous dogs but having a dog back home (we didn’t bring him this trip) it didn’t bother us too much. Loved that we could walk to the beach. highly suggest lunch or dinner at Rita’s as well down the road, the food and staff are great.

Great house with close beach access

House was spacious and as described. Loved the back deck in the morning since it got some shade. We did not use the wooden table on the deck, but would’ve loved to have a larger table to eat at. The wooden table was just too worn. Beach Access was great. We didn’t have to walk far to find a beautiful spot of sand. The stairs in the front of the property are very steep so we used the back stairs quite a bit. It would be very nice to have a keypad on the back door as well for easy access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Nice Beach Cottage

The house is as advertised and comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach. Parking is better in the back driveway (Cooper St.) than the driveway on the Ashley. We would stay here again.

Great Treehouse Feeling

Front and back porches are large, with comfortable seating. The front one is screened, high up in the trees and set well-back from the street. Fun for squirrel and bird watching! Great inside layout, with private bed/bath spaces at each end of the house, and welcoming communal area in the middle. Huge dining table as well as big kitchen island and nice appliances made it easy to cook for an eat-in crowd or cosy twosome. Front and back parking was convenient. Rental team responded quickly to any issue (all minor), even nights/weekends.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay here. Short walk to beach access. The house is perfect -- very clean and inviting and well stocked with everything you might need. The porches are both large and comfortable, although the front porch can be a bit noisy with traffic at times. My only complaint is that the listing did not make accessibility issues clear enough for bringing elderly guests. Overall A+.

Lovely holiday weekend

Beautiful house very close to the beach access. Good space to hang out as a family and enough room for a 2 year old to be able to play. Easy check in and check out. We had a lovely long weekend.

Great family spot

Wonderful stay

We loved this house and can’t wait to come back. Traveled with 4 adults and a 4 year old and 1 year old. Being able to close the door off to the back bedrooms was very helpful for keeping the noise level down when the kids are napping. The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance or gadget you might need. We loved the big round table to eat all of our meals. Both porches are wonderful! Mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. Location was right around the corner from the beach access. Had a wonderful time!

Great beach house

This was the perfect rental for a family vacation with our dog to Charleston/Folly Beach. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch, and the beach is only a block or so away. The location is quiet and primarily residential. Most bars/restaurants in Folly Beach are 15-20 min walk or short drive. We spent a lot of time in downtown Charleston which was only a 20-25 min drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place!

My family stayed here for a little over a week, and we loved it! The home is a great size with a casual, beautiful decor, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect because it is within walking distance of the restaurants and bars, but just far enough away for completely quiet nights. We will stay again for sure!

Fantastic!

This property was a perfect layout for a family with teenagers. Plenty of space for our family and overall very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Overall very clean. Great location that’s just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We can’t wait for our next trip to Folly Beach and would certainly look to stay here again.

Wonderful Folly Beach House

This house was a 5-star property. The location, 2nd block back from the beach, meant a 5-minute easy walk to the beach. Its an easy bike ride into the town center, yet far enough away to remain quiet. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. The front and back porches are really nice for chilling out and relaxing. Checking in and out was easy; only thing that would make it better is to have a keypad on the door, eliminating the need to pick up and drop off keys on busy Center St. Highly recommend!

Almost Perfect

We loved our stay at Jacanda Breeze. Everything about the house is well thought-out - a well-appointed kitchen, great indoor/outdoor spaces, large bathrooms - except for one thing: as another reviewer noted, the two twin beds in the third bedroom have horribly creaky frames/box springs that badly need replacing. Our son had to take the two mattresses off of the beds and stack them on the floor in order to get to sleep. Everything else was excellent, including a great location just off the beach access. Fix the twin beds and the Breeze will be perfect.
