Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house 6yrs ago so we were excited to return!! Plenty of room for my growing family. Love new outdoor shower & changes to boat dock area. Favorite spot is the deck, overlooking the pond with amazing sunsets. Weather was not the best this year, but plenty of activities indoor & out on the Cape ..lots of fun family time!! Cannot wait to return next summer 😊

Plenty of room for the adults to enjoy time on the deck and the kids played in the living room. The only issue was the parking. If the middle garden of the driveway was gone it would be easier to maneuver the cars. Other than that we loved our stay.

The dock was super nice and the kids “18-25” (boys) loved finding crabs and jelly fish. Agency was excellent. Very organized. Rent this without worries. You will love it.

Beautiful Views and Plenty of Space

We loved this property! The views were amazing - the photos don't do it justice. We also loved the open spaces in the home. The furniture is comfortable, the house was clean and we could all share a meal and time together without feeling cramped. The deck is great and we are literally about to buy the same grill. We love the Dennis Port/Harwich Port area so the location was perfect for us. We would definitely rent here again!

August Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The people at Martha Murray provide outstanding customer service. We have rented through them for years. Through no fault of theirs, we were without a functioning refrigerator for about one week of our two-week vacation. This is the second year we rented this home. The view is great, and the home itself is clean and functional, although a bit worn. Also, the basement air conditioners have a dehumidifier function that helped immensely once we figured out how to turn on that function. We recommend Martha Murray Vacations and Properties to all of our friends.
