Cozy villa on the Adriatic coast

Villa with terraces and a garden, 5min away from the local beaches, the cleanest ones on the Adriatic. Walking distance to the local market, restaurants and cafes.

Ground floor:
2 separated appartments with kitchen-living room (full set of equipment for the kitchen) air conditioner, double bed, possibility of adding a bed for toddlers, bathroom / WC, covered terraces. IMPORTANT: the 2 separated appartments on the ground floor are not included in the offer and have to be booked INDEPENDENTLY, 30€ per night each.

1st floor:
We offer 4 bedrooms (20 € each/night)(three double beds and 1 twin bed) hosting 2 persons each (each room with a bathroom and covered terrace).
All rooms have a separated bathroom. All rooms have a balcony with chairs and a table. The breakfast can be served on the big terrace overlooking the sea. Only one room and living room have the air-conditioner, the ones that don't have it being cool and having a fan.
There is no kitchen on this floor, but there are at least four restaurants in Utjeha and many can be found in the nearby Bar and Ulcinj.
There is a spacy living room with a TV set and a DVD player.

The villa is 5 minutes away from two local beaches of Utjeha and only 20 minutes away from the unique 11 km long sand beach of Ulcinj.
Utjeha is in between the two large towns of Montenegro, Ulcinj and Bar, which have a port with regular lines from and to Italy. The two international airports being in Tivat and Podgorica, are appx. 40 minutes away from the villa.

IMPORTANT:
If you don't have the need of the whole floor, the price of the rooms can be arranged, depending on how many rooms you need and/or how many people there are, and on whether you request a breakfast or not.
The guests have a separated entrance on their floor and they can use all the common area on this floor: the large living room and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
