Superbe maison de montagne avec suffisamment d'espace pour une grande famille élargie ou un groupe d'amis.  Comprenant 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains avec deux espaces de vie. L'allée avant offre un grand espace de stationnement pour plusieurs véhicules.  Entrez par une jolie porte en fer forgé dans une cour privée.  Le salon est grand et joliment meublé avec un buffet intégré, une lucarne et une cheminée à bois Kiva.  Le deuxième espace de vie (salon) offre une assise supplémentaire avec un canapé-lit, des lits jumeaux intégrés et une télévision grand écran.  En dehors de la tanière, un portail couvert séparé crée un espace supplémentaire pour la solitude et la détente.  Une chambre a un lit queen avec salle de bain séparée; la suite principale a un lit king size, une cheminée Kiva et le bain a une douche à l'italienne et un évier de navire charmant.  La cuisine carrelée de blanc est lumineuse et invitante, avec une cuisinière à gaz et un bar pour le petit-déjeuner adjacent à la salle à manger.  Ouvrez les doubles portes de la salle à manger et profitez d'une terrasse couverte avec coin repas.  Continuez sur un vaste pont offrant des vues parmi les plus spectaculaires et les couchers de soleil occidentaux à Santa Fe.  Prenez un bain à remous près d'un patio avec des chaises autour d'une cheminée en terre cuite.         


Toutes ces commodités et à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la Plaza.  Réservez un séjour aujourd'hui car cette maison se remplira vite!

We booked this as a place to celebrate family Thanksgiving and it was such an amazing kitchen stocked with all possible cookware and amazing serving ware. The living room was a comfortable place for us to relax and the sunsets from the deck were amazing. Our group needed every sleep space and the sofa bed mattress was quite old and uncomfortable, but the host was very responsive and had a mattress pad for us right away. Highly recommend!

Wow, just WOW! This was everything we wanted in a vacation home. Great location, beautiful home, scenic views, peaceful, super well-equipped, lots of room, by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at, and a kind and responsive host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! As a matter of fact, we extended our stay because it was so great! Really, really great place — you won’t regret it! The hot tub and steam shower were a nice bonus.

The property is lovely, well maintained and equipped, and quiet. It was close enough to downtown Santa Fe but far enough that we had privacy and a beautiful view of the sunset. The property managers were easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. We greatly appreciated staying in this lovely home.

The house is done in a southwestern style that is comfortable and cozy. It has northern New Mexico adobe style that is filled with artistic touches. The front courtyard is a delightful place to sit and enjoy the hummingbirds that flit around. The back deck has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Our party of 4 enjoyed a very comfortable stay!

Great Santa Fe Getaway

The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to give people plenty of space to relax. The large kitchen and dining area made it great for enjoying our meals and playing dominoes. We loved the view, jacuzzi and deck that provided even more space to enjoy. The artwork and photography on the wall were fantastic and overall it was a great curated and cozy home.

Nice location and adequate cleanliness. Interior lighting was not good. Only 1 of 3 bathrooms had soap/shampoo dispenser and the 1 that had it, the dispenser was not attached to the wall. Path to hot tub at night was somewhat hazardous.

We we arrived they were still cleaning but let us in anyway. The house was in excellent shape. I called to have the hot tub clean and they were right on it.everything was as we hoped and we enjoyed the weekend without problems. We would recommend this property to anyone coming to Santa Fe. Such a great house!

Perfect Santa Fe home base. Stayed there with my parents and my in laws. Location was perfect - convenient to plaza but super quiet and great stargazing! Kitchen is big and nicely equipped. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage for belongings. Deck is beautiful and view is spectacular! Highly recommend.

This is not just a VRBO, this is a HOME. The attention to detail was so welcome and appreciated. I'm super picky about our VRBOS but this one blew me away. They have EVERYTHING! Which really cut down on what we needed to buy. We were a family of 4 just looking to do life in a cooler location and experience some nature and culture. We made many meals in the excellent kitchen and spent most mornings and evenings on the incredible porches and in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the setup is great if you have kids! Just walking the neighborhood is a treat! This house is simply incredible. I cannot say enough good things about the property and the management! Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

The House of Peace was perfect for us!

Our family of 5 (all adults) stayed here to visit our youngest son. The house was close to both downtown Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Opera (we saw 3 performances), which was really convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped and the view from the back deck was amazing! we enjoyed the hot tub as well and will book again if we come to Santa Fe again. Thanks so much!

Property was very lovely and comfortable. 5 star property. It was a hot one and the AC was great. Cooled down at night and open windows was nice. It was clean and tidy. Only recommendation is a better coffee pot and a large bread knife. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at this VRBO! After a full day of conveniently exploring Santa Fe, it was a treat to be able to make dinner, relax on the deck, and enjoy the hot tub. Our family of 6 adult couples was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and the views were beautiful. A few suggestions to help the place go from great to perfect:1) Please provide written instructions for the AC thermostat and the steam shower. They were not intuitive, but were very much enjoyed!2) Please consider providing small containers for the dish soap, shampoo, and body wash. The bulk containers were challenging to manage.3) Please consider swapping out the pillows. The ones provided were very clean but very flat.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Unfortunate experience

As a five-star, VRBO host myself, I take these reviews very seriously. The house was generally nice…In need of a remodel to update the dated and lackluster interior, but the view makes up for this. What was intolerable in this visit was a broken glass patio door that continued to drop shards of glass both on the deck and inside the home when the door was used. The owner did not inform us of this in advance and we did not know that the door should not be used. This resulted in broken shards of glass on the floor and one of the guests cutting her foot to the point where she could not walk around downtown Santa Fe during her stay. When we told the owner about this, he said it was a decision that he made not to remove the door or at least tape the jagged glass edges and when told someone was hurt. He said “I don’t care.” this is not the kind of host I would rent from again.

As a host on VRBO for over 8 years and a superhost on Airbnb with over 1500 reviews and an average of 4.9 star rating, I would never be rude nor mistreat a guest. Kellie's statement is not truthful regarding the claim of an injured guest. I requested a photo of the injury and offered to pay for the medical bill. In addition, I offered to relocate them to another home and Kellie refused. Also, I inspected the home prior to her arrival. One of the two panes of glass was broken prior to her arrival and all the shards of glass were cleaned up. I never did receive the photo of the injured foot. When offered to compensate her, she refused. Lastly, Kellie came and stayed at half price and is refusing to pay her second half of her obligation. My generosity to allow her to arrive on good faith before paying her balance is getting the best of me. Perhaps it was a ploy to avoid full payment. Hosts, beware of this guest and ensure full payment prior to her arrival should you choose to host her. I'll continue to pursue the help of VRBO to satisfy her debt.
