Following your comments, we reviewed the items you mentioned, including the hot tub, exterior lighting, deck, and HVAC, and addressed those that required attention. The light switch configuration in one of the bedrooms is original to the home and can be a little unique, but we understand it may not be intuitive for every guest. Guest comfort is very important to us. Regarding the complimentary refreshments, we don't advertise or charge for a welcome basket. The bottled water, tea, and snacks are simply a small courtesy we leave for arriving guests after their travels. While we're sorry they didn't meet your expectations, they are intended as a thoughtful gesture rather than an advertised amenity.
