Great location

We booked this property because it’s close to our son’s house. It was new and clean. Michael was very helpful. The only downside was the noise in the middle of the night from the bar patrons at the bar across the street that was open until 5 am.

Fantastic little garage apartment! Everything was fresh and new. All appliances worked perfectly. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Very close to the Heights neighborhood and easy access to lots of great shops and restaurants. Very safe and quiet. Highly recommend for 1 to 2 people.

Nice place and very convenient. Walking distance to some good shopping and tons of places to eat if you don't mind playing Frogger across Cantrell Road. Gate lock was hard to see after dark so have your cell phone flashlight handy if accessing after sunset. Having to unlock a combination lock for the gate and then punch in a code for the door was a bit of a hassle if you were in a hurry or the weather was bad. For the price, convenience, and access to bike trails and overall location in the city I'd book it again.

Convenient easy modern garage apartment

The apartment was exactly what we needed and allowed us to come and go at ease during the holiday week. Instructions and communications were clear and concise. Even the noise machine helped offset any road noise from University Ave. Well equipped and lovely The tip about the shower water taking a while to warm was helpful and accurate! We would love to return when back in town. Thank you!

A cozy getaway in the heart of the Heights

We had a great stay at this property! Thoughtful and comfortable. Everything you need, including enough cookware and plates to heat up leftovers or even prepare a breakfast. the bed was very comfortable, as was the temperature inside. Comfortable furniture, a great TV with streaming options. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable as well. This quiet property is located in the Heights with close proximity to Hillcrest and all of the restaurants and shops nearby. We would not hesitate to book here again. We highly recommend! Fabulous!

We rented the apartment for Little Rock Marathon weekend and it was the absolute perfect home base for all of our activities (especially with our love for The Heights - many of our favorite restaurants were just a short walk). The apartment is upscale and easy to access. The owner was readily available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Very cozy and modern apartment

The apartment above a garage is a beautiful place! If you want to be close to everything in Little Rock this is the perfect place to stay! Very safe and secure too. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the high ceilings. Would definitely stay there again next time I visit my family.

Wonderful Hosts

Michael and Yaneli were friendly and very helpful. My 3 year old was scared of the dark and they went out of their way and brought us a night light. Easy communication and very nice space. Definitely recommend staying here!
