Super stylish modern villa with pool, 20 minutes from Montpellier

Dans un petit village dans le Sud de la France, vous trouverez la parfaite villa de vacances, tranquillité assurée. Il n'est pas loin des plages (30 minutes), de l'aéroport (25 minutes) et de Montpellier (20 minutes). Le supermarché et toutes commerces sont à 15 minutes. Le village est à 4 minutes d'une boulangerie, une pharmacie, une petite épicerie, la poste et la cave!
Ce charmant villa moderne et lumineux est situé de plein pied dans un joli jardin fleuri. Dans la pièce à vivre, une très grande baie vitrée ouvre sur la terrasse principale avec vue sur la piscine, quelques pas plus bas. Une deuxième baie vitré donne sur la petite terrasse à côté du boulodrome.
La pièce principale de 40m² a une cuisine américaine avec un grand plan de travail, l'électroménager et de qualité. Le canapé permet de regarder le téléviseur écran plat en tout confort. Pour vos dîners, la table 6 couverts en bois massif. Il y a une petite buanderie côté de la cuisine.
Pour vos nuits tranquilles, il y a une chambre parentale avec un lit en 160cm, coin douche et lavabo. Les deux autres chambres ont un lit en 140cm, rangements et une porte fenêtre. La salle de bain a une grande douche à l'italienne, lavabo et WC. Il y a un WC séparé.
Le jardin clôturé de 1000m² est un lieu privé sans vis à vis. Sur la grande terrasse il y a une table et 8 chaises et deux parasols. La plancha au gaz est à votre disposition. En descendant 3 pas, on arrive à la piscine (au sel) de forme libre, les 6 chaises longues et le parasol vous attendent après une baignade. Bonnes vacances!

In a small village in the South of France, you will find the perfect holiday villa in a haven of peace and quiet. Situated at 30 minutes drive from the beach, 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Montpellier. It is a short 15 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Just 4 minutes away is bakery, chemist, a small general store, the post office and the winery!
This charming villa, all on one floor, is modern and full of light, and sits in a lovely flowery garden. In the main living area is open plan, the large sliding window opens on to the main terrace which looks out to the pool a few steps away. A second sliding window opens on to a smaller side terrace next to a boules and table tennis area.
The main room is 40m² has an open kitchen with a large counter, the amenities are all of good quality. You can watch the flat-screen TV on the sofa, in comfort. For dining, there is a wooden farm table and 6 chairs. There is a utility room next to the kitchen.
For your restful nights, there is a primary bedroom, a queen-size bed with en-suite shower and sink. The other two bedrooms have a double bed, cupboards and a full length window which opens onto the side of the house. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and WC. There is also a separate WC.
The 1000m² garden is completely secure, there is a wall and trees along the property to ensure privacy. On the large terrace there is a table and 8 chairs and a parasol, a gas plancha is available for use. Going down three steps to the pool (salt water) which is surrounded by non-slip surface. 6 loungers and a parasol are waiting after a dip in the pool. Happy holidays!
