Un salon accueillant dispose d'un mobilier moderne et d'une grande télévision connectée QLED à ��cran plat de 75 pouces. La véranda �� manger présente un généreux espace de vie et de divertissement en plein air et dispose d'une cuisine extérieure, d'un barbecue intégré et d'une table à manger pour 4 personnes.



La cuisine est intégrée dans le salon et la salle à manger décloisonn����s et dispose d'appareils électroménagers haut de gamme, d'un bar avec quatre tabourets et d'une table à manger pour quatre personnes.



La suite principale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision à ���cran plat 52 pouces et une salle de bains spacieuse avec une baignoire profonde, une douche �� l'italienne séparée et deux lavabos. La chambre d'amis offre deux lits doubles, une tél��vision à écran plat et se trouve près de la salle de bain principale.  Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon.



Sont également inclus: un lave-linge / sèche-linge complet, la climatisation et des ventilateurs de plafond, un bac à glace, des planches à roulettes, des chaises de plage, des équipements de plongée avec tuba, des serviettes de plage et un garage gratuit avec accès WIFI gratuit



Toutes nos locations de vacances incluent un approvisionnement de base en «démarrage»: d��tergent à lessive, sacs à ordures, éponge de cuisine, savon liquide, languettes de lave-vaisselle, essuie-tout, papier toilette, shampoing / revitalisant, petit pain en savon. Une fois que les fournitures de démarrage sont épuisées, les clients sont libres d'acheter des fournitures supplémentaires si n��cessaire. Les solvants de nettoyage ne sont pas fournis.

Situé en face du Queens 'MarketPlace et juste ���� côté des Kings' Shops, cet établissement comprend une aire de restauration, des galeries d���art, des sushis, des glaces à la crème, un grill Macaroni, le marché Island Gourmet, Starbucks et de nombreux autres magasins, des animations locales quotidiennes, cours et événements culturels.



La plage d'Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) est également situ��e à 2-3 minutes en voiture. Property was as listed, very clean and very secure. The space was great to have with a total of 5 people. Any time we had questions we were able to text and get answers right away which was great. Check in and out was so simple, it made our first vrbo experience super easy and because of this stay, we'll definitely do more vrbos after always staying at hotels.

It was lovely that the property was so close to the shopping center and we the pass to the Hilton poo was a great plusl!! The outdoor space was amazing. Great, quiet view of the golf course and the sunset and we loved the grill. All in all a very luxurious stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Perfect location in Waikoloa!

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for our family of 5. We could walk across the street in the morning and get coffee and breakfast. We were centrally located to the beaches and hikes nearby. We enjoyed the included Hilton Day Pass as well.

Wonderful birthday trip to the A-Bay area

Our unit was everything as advertised. Homey and comfortable with a beautiful view/lanai over the golf course and horizon. A nice quiet complex that’s very convenient to shopping and a short walk to Lava Lava Beach Club, and A bay for amazing sunsets. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

Everything about this condo was wonderful! We spent the evenings on the covered lanai barbecuing and the days at one of the many pools on property. Perfect size and set up for my husband and I as well as one of his co workers. The pool pass to the Hilton was fabulous!!!

Excellent place!

Great venue. The house is very clean. It seems like the VRBO has thought of everything you need to start your vacation immediately. Even the reusable ice packs were already frozen and ready to be added to the cooler! The view was nice and private overlooking the golf course. There is a lot of useful items in the garage and I LOVE the Hilton Pool Pass!

We had a great stay. The unit it lovely. The carpet is the worst part and it needs to be removed. Overall through, the unit is awesome. It’s large and felt comfortable for our family of five. I’d come back for sure.

Incredible place

Really a stunning property in a stunning location. Beautiful views of the golf course, short walk to the beach, right next to all the shopping centers. We were so busy with everything else we never even got to use the pool pass! Only complaint would be that one of the shower drains was a little clogged. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. Having a full kitchen helped us cook and save a little money, there was a huge TV that was easy to stream or play music on, the staff was responsive, and the location really was perfect. Would love to stay again.

Property was great, nice location. However it was not properly prepared in my opinion. The ice dispenser was jammed with a judge frozen mass. We had to try and thaw it out and remove the iceberg.The sink in the Master bathroom would not drain.The Dishwasher did not clean well. Had to remove a huge wad of hair and clear the holes in the spinners, they were clogged with something.

Gorgeous top-floor unit in fantastic WBV with HILTON POOL PASSES!

We have stayed at Waikoloa Beach Villas multiple times and always love our time there. The condo complex is extremely conveniently located across the street from one shopping complex and a block away from a second one. The pools and hottubs within the complex are great, and you also have easy walkable / bikeable access to the beach at A-Bay and to the extraordinary Hilton Waikoloa Resort (particularly fun for kids). The included Hilton Pool Passes make this unit more expensive but are ABSOLUTELY worth it if you have children who are interested in playing on the slides and pools at the Hilton. Highly recommended.

Had a great time. Second bedroom badly needs blackout blinds since outside the lights are on all night. Also, would be great if rentals only used Unscented laundry detergent. We didn't use anything but everything we brought smells like that gross detergent. Condo was otherwise great and in a good location. Try the Gypsea gelato in the Kimgs shops!!!

Our favorite place to stay!

This property is our go-to when visiting the Big Island. We would rather stay here than with our own family because of all the amenities that are included with booking, the amount of space, a full kitchen, lanai with bbq range, living room, two full bathrooms and in unit laundry. The space is so beautiful, clean and spacious, it’s home away from home. The weather in Waikoloa is sunny and perfect 99% of the time. You’re walking distance to two shopping centers, multiple restaurants and a lil grocery store/market. We stayed in this particular home a few times and have loved every single time. We’ve referred our family and friends to book here and have never had any issues with checking in or out. Communication and customer service has always been a great experience. Thank you for sharing your space with us once again! We’ll be back!

6 nights at the Waikoloa Beach Villas

This condo is in the beautiful Waikoloa Resort and is well located near shops and restaurants. The kitchen is large snd well stocked as is the garage with everything needed for beach outings. While it is moderately priced compared to other units in this area there were issues that impacted comfort. Unfortunately it was not a great fit for us for a few reasons. First, we were not able to sleep well in the bedroom with two beds in it because it was hot and the thermostat does not allow you to set it below 74 degrees, additionally the window faces the lit walkways to the front door and has blinds but no blackout curtain so the room does not get completely dark. Between the temperature and light coming in we did not get a good night sleep in that room. Also, we do not recommend this condo if you want to relax in the living room as the couches are very uncomfortable. They are old and the cushions and arm rests have no padding or support. Some new couches and curtains in the bedroom are very much needed.

Great location and the condo came well equipped with almost everything we needed. The Hilton pool pass was a great bonus that everyone enjoyed. The only issue we had were the rooms would get warm at night since the AC seemed to go to sleep at night (or maybe because there weren’t any sensors in the rooms?). We did communicate this to the property managers and they did a reset of the thermostat, but we still noticed the air would only turn on if we were in the common areas moving around. But this was a minor issue and we would still recommend this place to our friends and family and would stay here again!

I felt very safe with our kids and everyone was so friendly. The Resortica staff was so helpful each time I reached out with a question. I always received prompt communication.
