Situé sur la paisible plage du golfe du Mexique dans le calme de Fort Morgan (à l'extérieur de Gulf Shores), Beachside West offre une vue imprenable et la commodité des rêves des vacanciers. Bénéficiant d'une situation unique, la propriété offre une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe et la baie de Mobile et dispose de 6 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes.

La propriété, située sur le côté ouest du duplex Beachside, a été achetée et rénovée en décembre 2018, avec l'ajout de nouveaux meubles, téléviseurs, appareils de cuisine et accessoires améliorés. Beachside West partage une grande piscine et une terrasse avec l'autre côté du duplex, Beachside East.

La commodité est la clé de cette propriété en bord de mer, avec la plage de sable blanc à moins de 20 mètres du porche, offrant une facilité d'utilisation pour tous les âges.

Le premier niveau de la maison comprend un grand salon ouvert, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un coin repas, ainsi que deux chambres et une salle de bain complète. Les chambres du premier niveau comprennent un lit king-size et des lits superposés pleine grandeur avec vue sur la baie mobile. Le premier niveau s'ouvre sur une véranda grillagée et véranda ensoleillée.

Le deuxième niveau de la propriété comprend quatre chambres et deux salles de bain, avec 3 lits king et 4 lits superposés. La chambre principale est située à ce niveau et offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. La Master Suite s'ouvre sur un porche avec balançoire.

Chaque chambre est équipée d'une télévision connectée au câble et d'une connexion Wi-Fi dans toute la maison. Un gril à charbon est situé sur une terrasse couverte sous la maison.

Family trip

Wonderful location. We had a large group. 8 adults and 5 children. I have been coming to gulf shores for over 35 years with my 3 daughters and now with them and their children. This is one of the best places we have stayed. Beach was so close. The children in our group were able to walk back and forth to the pool easily. Host was very responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Annual Labor Day weekend family vacation

We started our family vacation over a long Labor Day weekend before our kids had babies. Trying to find a place that has the space, large living room and kitchen, and easy beach access can be difficult to find. This house provided everything we wanted and MORE. The pool was an added plus that we enjoyed throughout the day with the babies. Thanks for another successful and FUN family vacation with lots of great memories!

Loved our stay

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 young kids. Lots of room for everyone, and a dining room table where we could all eat together. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The location is the best part of the property. We love fort Morgan because the beach is not crowded. This house was directly on the beach. We split our time between the beach and the pool. We would definitely consider staying at this house again in the future.

Great location and space

We loved the location to the beach and having a pool! The house was great with a lot of rooms and a nice sized living area. The screened in porch and decks were awesome. Our host was always quick to respond and very helpful. The elevator does not work at all which was only an issue moving ourselves in and out. We would come back in a heart beat!

Family Vacation & Anniversary Celebration

We booked this house for our spring break trip to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful experience! The house was great with lots of room for all 12 of us (6 adults & 6 kids). We had 3 families in the house and enjoyed our week on the beach. Kristin, the house manager, was so sweet & even dropped off a bottle of wine in honor of my parent’s anniversary! The only thing we would have changed is the weather, it was a bit chilly in early March but we still had a marvelous time!

Privacy and convenience

This property was the perfect distance from the busyness of Gulf Shores with the convenience of getting to Gulf Shores easily. The sound barrier between the two halves of the house was great, as well as the one between floors! It was great to have the gulf and beach, plus the private pool. We had 8 adults and 9 kids, so it would have been better to have 1 more bed instead of needing to use the pull out couch, but that’s the only negative from our perspective.

Family Vacation

We had issues with the pool upon arrival the pump wasn’t working. Host had new pump installed and it was fine after that. Ice maker didn’t produce but about 12 cubes of ice daily, with 18 of us we had to purchase bags of ice daily. Loved the location and privacy of the beach!

Beachside West was Awesome

Very Spacious, very convenient, and checked all the boxes. We had two families traveling with a total of 12 adults and 2 children and it was a perfect fit. Kitchen was perfect size, dining and living area was perfect and the bedrooms were great. We utilized the pool and the beach all day and week. The private beach was perfect. Not very crowded, people left their things all day and even night long. The owner was easy to communicate with and helped us with a flexibility issue. Highly Recommend.

We are officially spoiled

This was our first beach house, so to have the convenience of the pool steps away from the ocean just made having a large group and lots of kids so much easier! I won't ever want to stay in a condo again! LOL *my only complaint is there was not a pan big enough for us to cook a large amount of mean (we had a taco and spaghetti night planned) we made it work, but def need large pans for large house

Property needed serious maintenance, updating and cleaning.

Seriously needed many repairs - torn screens on the screened deck, nails around the pool, handrails at the pool, no boardwalk or it was completely covered with sand. The paint was dirty and needed new paint. Looked like black mold around vents.

Rough start, great finish

Great property, in a great location. Day 1 didnt start as anyone would like. Cleaning crew was running late , due to mess left by prior guests. When we got in most everything , but the kitchen, the screened patio, and few minor messes, was in good shape. We started by cleaning all the dishes glasses, pots and pans . . . The owner was apologetic, offered to send the cleaning crew back.... After that we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. It is a great place. Based on all the other rave reviews this was very unusual circumstances. We came to spend time as a family, at the beach, and have a great time.... mission accomplished.

Christmas at the beach

Overall experience was good. Had a couple of hiccups. We had issues with heating. The ice maker didn't work; some of the mattresses were stained when we took the sheets off. At least one of the toilets had stains under the bowl. The appliances were also mediocre. The last issue was the flooring. Several parts were loose. I was afraid they would have thought we damaged it. The power went out but that wasn't the owner's fault. We spent Christmas there so I wasn't going to make a big deal out of anything. Would I rent the same place again? Probably not for the price.

STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM STAYING HERE. Filthy and misrepresented. The house wasn't ready to be checked in until 2 hours after the stated arrival time. The house was disgustingly filthy. There was mold in the bathrooms, dirt (long-term-never-cleaned dirt) on the walls, doors, floors, door jambs, and cabinets. The upholstered furniture was stained to the point we purchased sheets and blankets to cover everything with before we would sit down on them. The carpet in the bedroom was stained. The paint on the kitchen cabinets was blistered and peeling. Kitchen cabinet door handles were broken. The master bathroom door had delaminated and pulled away. Water continuously dripped from the air vent in the bathroom such that the toilet was continuously wet. All of the handrails were filthy. The bar stools were too rickety to sit on. The backdoor did not lock (although you could put the security bar in place). There were slats missing on the railing so if you have young children it would not be safe at all. The bedrooms were misrepresented. The "cozy room" with 4 twin beds is not a bedroom. It is a closet with built in bunks. There is no room for any personal belongings It is not a 6 bedroom house. The owner refunded 1,000 of our 10,000 stay. It was not enough to make up for the ruined vacation with squeezing too many people into a filthy house. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

We are very sorry the house was not as you hoped for. As new owners, we are still in the process of making improvements and truly appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to create a home that feels comfortable and welcoming for every guest. Since your stay, we have partnered with a wonderful new cleaning company who we are very happy with. We are excited about several updates already underway. The patio deck will be finished shortly, and we have new paint, flooring, and cabinets scheduled. We’ve also added slipcovered couches with extra washable covers to help ensure freshness between guests, restocked the kitchen with new dishware and utensils, and brought in new rugs, pillows, chairs, and bedspreads with extras on hand for easy turnover. We regret that these projects were not completed before your visit and that your experience was affected as a result. While we were not able to provide a full refund since you chose to continue your stay, we did our best to extend a partial refund and hope it helped in some way. We are grateful for the chance to improve and remain committed to making this a wonderful vacation home where families can relax and create lasting memories.

Great House, Needs Updates

The house was very much as described in the listing, lots of space, walk right onto the beach from the pool, amazing views. The appliances were all new in the kitchen, which was very nice. The sofas & upholstered chairs in the living room were dingy and very dirty. We covered them up with sheets for the duration of the stay. The house was reasonably clean, but there was paint peeling and cracks noted throughout. The extra pillows provided in the closets were all dingy with brown spots all over them so we didn’t use them. Outside, the deck is wooden and worn, and we had multiple children with splinters by the end of the week that had to be picked out. The pool is great, about 5ft deep in the middle, but the smaller pool is really a kiddie pool. I thought it was a hot tub from the pictures, but there are no jets and no heat. We had a few little ones with us so it worked perfect for them, although the adults were a little disappointed. The charcoal grill downstairs did not have a grate we could use, it was busted up and had a big hole in the middle. Our neighbor on the east side let us use theirs when we wanted to cook out there. The swing on the master patio would have been nice, but was peeling paint so badly you couldn’t sit on it without getting paint chips all over you. The beach was the reason we came, more than the house even. It was awesome. We did have to deal with some biting flies on the beach, so highly recommend taking a flyswatter and some bug spray. Good times!

Family Beach Vacy

Comfortable house, nice pool, right on the beach. The dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes very well therefore dirty dishes in the cabinets. We enjoyed the big table for dinners and games. We appreciated the quick response from the management team when we had questions.

Wonderful Family Gals Getaway

The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Walk to the beach is very short. We went towards the end of October and there was literally no one else present on the beach. Very private. Our group of 9 especially enjoyed the living room and dining room area. Beds were cozy with nice linens. We cooked multiple meals there. Another reviewer commented about the appliances in the kitchen not working properly... it must have been operator error because we were pleased. We used the Kuerig, oven, and the dishwasher daily and with zero issues. The stovetop was a bit slow to heat up, but once it reached full temp it was fine. We baked multiple items in the oven and it all came out perfectly. The host was quick to respond and super nice. We would definitely stay here again.
