Bacholer Party Stay
This listing was a great stay! Hosting my bacholer party here was a great choice and if I had to redo it, would go back! My only negative is the street parking COULD be very busy/hard but it wasnt terrible for us + this place has 2 spots in the back they didnt advertise if it gets tight up front!

The property is in central location. The home is clean but has a few items that could be improved. It is spacious and has plenty of ammenities.

New Years Stay
Clean house, newly remodeled, 27 min walk to Broadway. We saw the New Years note drop from the second floor and the fire works over downtown. Great place.

Great Family Trip
We stayed in this home for a family trip to Nashville with our adult children and had an amazing time. The house is so roomy and easily housed the 9 of us. Check in was super easy and host was very responsive. Parking in the carport was tight with two vehicles, but we made it work. Everything is close by. You can Uber, but we chose to walk everywhere. House was clean inside, but does need some attention to detail (for example, doors and door handles were dirty, windows had handprints all over them and filled with spiderwebs). But- none of these thing would keep us from staying here again because overall it was great! I highly recommend this property for your stay in Nashville.

Girl family trip
Ladies ranging from 30-55. Our first impression upon arrival we were a little worried. Front nor back yard was maintained. We had a car so parked in back where parking was and had to trek through high weeds, brush to get to the front where lock was but other than that the check-in was flawless. House was spacious and most part clean except the bathroom drawers were not cleaned out thoroughly. Lots of hair left so I cleaned them out (yuck) Found hair in one of the beds. Plenty of pillows but only half had pillowcases and couldn't find any in the house to use. House is in Germantown and convenient but near train and it's starts going off early so difficult for light sleepers. Pool table is not a full pool table as depicted in photos, it's move a play table for kids. Overall I would stay at house again but would make a few suggestions aside from yard maintenance; 1. provide more towels especially for larger group of women 2. thorough cleaning including window and blinds (at least inside) they were so dirty (even spider webs) couldn't see out them.

Girls trip
This property was very nice, clean and spacious. Check in and out was very easy and the owners were very responsive. There was a lot of room for us (7 total) and the kitchen area was a great place to gather. The parking wasn't as large as it seems to be in the photos, as it's a tight squeeze to get a van and a car in there, but it was fine and not really a huge deal breaker. The property is a quick Uber to Broadway and we had no problems getting around. All and all a good place to stay!

Great home in Nashville
Check in was flawless, and although we didn't need anything, the manager communicated upon arrival, during our stay and prior to and after departure. The neighborhood is mostly younger, seemingly student rentals, but quiet and very cute with easy access to downtown and to the highway. The house itself is extremely comfortable - We had good nights' sleep in the very comfy beds, enjoyed playing pool on the little table and hanging out watching some Netflix after dinner in the nice sitting area upstairs - plenty of room for the 3 of us. As one reviewer said, the kitchen is spare, but we had everything we needed to make breakfasts. We didn't need to cook any dinners because Nashville is full of great restaurants. We highly recommend Husk Nashville, Central BBQ in Capitol Hill, and of course Hattie B's Hot Chicken (new location on Broadway). Beware the Shut the Cluck Up. I tried it because I had to and after the initial shock, it was delicious (I love spice) - but it's not for everyone. We also recommend getting out of town to hike Radnor Lake trails (Granier Ridge is really nice) and the Narrows of the Harpeth for a high-upview of the Harpeth River. I highly recommend this property and a visit to Nashville.

House is centrally located easy to get everything. Neighborhood is up and coming so a little rough around the edges. Parking is very tight with larger vehicle. Beds were very comfortable check in and check out was very easy. They need a new housekeeping service at best they surface clean.

Old friends in Nashville
Perfect house for our old friends weekend. Location perfect, loved walking to the farmers market. Walked into downtown for a Nashville day! Lovely views and perfect amount of space.

Cute house, perfect location!
This was the cutest, cleanest, most perfect house. We absolutely loved the location, Right at Germantown! All uber rides were less than 10 mins. Downtown, the gulch, Germantown, everything was so close by. The booking and check in/out process was a breeze. Belongings from the group were left behind and they made sure to send someone to retrieve the item and have it shipped. I still give 5 stars, but will say the kitchen was sparse, just for note. This may be in their description and I over looked it, so I won’t take any stars off for this.

Really nice, clean new place. Plenty of space, very comfortable.
Lots of room. Location is convenient. Electronic lock is very convenient. Covered parking is great. Couldn't work the wifi or the TVs, but we didn't ask for help and we were fine without them on this trip. A bathroom towel bar fell off the wall. Just wasn't fully installed (new home things to iron out). One bathroom shower curtain liner was mildewed per being left open and bunched up when wet. Easy to fix and avoid. All the kitchen lacked was a toaster, but a griddle on the really nice gas stovetop worked fine. On the mobile app, the pool table appeared to be full size at first glance, but was a small combo pool/ping pong/air hockey table. The photograph presented the illusion of full size, but no kids or little people were staged in the photo, so it was probably unintentional :-)
