Nouveau sur le marché! À quelques minutes de la forêt nationale de Pisgah et de la forêt d'État de Dupont!

Notre plus récent ajout au marché de la location de vacances, Serenade Shores est une toute nouvelle maison sur 4. 27 acres donnant sur un étang privé. L'emplacement est à 10 minutes de l'entrée de la forêt nationale de Pisgah et à 12 minutes de la forêt d'État de Dupont: un lieu de saut idéal pour les randonneurs, les vététistes, les pêcheurs, les kayakistes et tous ceux qui aiment le plein air. Nous sommes également situés à quelques minutes de trois lancements de bateaux sur la rivière Broad française. La maison a un plan d'étage ouvert avec de nombreuses fenêtres orientées sud pour profiter de la vue sur l'étang et de la montagne hivernale et de la rivière. Il y a une cheminée à gaz en pierre pour les nuits fraîches et un gril à gaz sur le grand porche couvert. Il y a deux chambres avec lits king-size au niveau principal, chacune avec une salle de bain complète (une privée et une ouverte sur la buanderie / vestiaire) ainsi qu'un grenier pouvant accueillir quatre personnes: un lit queen-size et un lit double -causeuse convertible Serta (très confortable sans barre). Les finitions incluent des planchers de chêne et de tuiles, des appareils en acier inoxydable (four / cuisinière à gaz) et des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et les salles de bain. We stayed at Serenade Shores for 5 nights, 20-25 October 2025, and had a great time. The location is very convenient and while staying there we took a number of day trips. We went to Lake Junaluska, Brevard, Hendersonville, and Greenville South Carolina. We had a lot of great food including some top bakery. The home was very comfortable with 2 master suites, bathrooms in suite. We very much enjoyed “Porch Therapy” in the evenings and woke up to misty mountain mornings. Colleen was a superb host who was very responsive when we had text communication. Serenade Shores was a 5 Star experience for us in every way! This was our second visit and we plan to come again!

Wonderful weekend getaway

Great weekend getaway

We had a great weekend at the house. Very relaxing area and quiet. Beautiful land. The pond was great and our kids enjoyed fishing (they caught a few bass and tons of bluegills). The house was in great shape, very clean, and stocked with all the supplies we needed.

Secluded cabin close to everything

The cabin was very clean and so was the property. The private lake was great for light fishing and the trail around the lake is perfect for a small hike. We would rent this cabin again in a heartbeat. Thanks Colleen!

Amazing property. Tucked away in the woods, yet close to so many rivers, trails, and towns. We used this property as basecamp during a recent fly fishing trip, and it was perfect! Can't wait till or next visit.

This is our second time to this property. We love the location and amenities. The surroundings are so peaceful! We visited nearby towns and wineries. Great stay

This place in an awesome little oasis just outside of Brevard, and a short drive to Hendersonville. Super close to many of the trails in DuPont Park. Very nice place with many of the little things you don’t often find: lots of dish towels, plenty of TP & paper towels, shampoo & conditioner. There were even dog bowls in the pantry.

3rd Stay

This was our third time staying at this property. We keep coming back because it encompasses everything we are looking for; beautiful & clean home, fully stocked kitchen appliances and the most amazing outdoor space. Plenty of room for our kids and dogs to run and explore. We will be back a fourth time!

We have lived in the Asheville area since 2004. We moved here to be close to all the outdoor activities we love! We are mountain bikers and also enjoy hiking the area trails with our two dogs. Colleen is a full-time Realtor and Chris is retired from the YMCA. We have several long-term rental properties and have operated a successful vacation rental, Serenade Cove, since 2008. This is our second vacation rental and the first home we have ever had custom designed and built.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

When the opportunity to buy this land was offered to us, we jumped at it! We started construction on the home in 2018 and finished in January 2019. We love this location because it is so close to the outdoor attractions we frequent: Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest, the French Broad and Davidson rivers, and the wonderful downtown areas of Brevard and Hendersonville.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We designed the home to offer two comfortable, identically-sized bedrooms with en-suite baths for couples and families. The loft offers additional sleeping space with a queen-sized platform bed and a foldout Serta loveseat which converts to a full-sized bed (no bar). The gathering space is an open concept kitchen/dining/living area with a vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace. There is also a mud room/laundry room just inside the back door. Two sets of sliding glass doors open onto a large covered deck for enjoying the pond view, listening to the waterfall and breathing the fresh mountain air.
