This was our second time at this property and we enjoyed it, again. The location is great and the backyard gazebo is a nice place to relax.

Proximity to the beach is wonderful. We ate all our meals in the gazebo in the back. Just do be aware that you need to bring all sheets and towels.

A great place to stay!

We loved our stay! From the fenced in yard, awesome back patio and ample space to the amazing proximity to the beach. It exceeded our expectations.

The location is perfect and the house was in nice shape and was great for our dogs. The gazebo is a relaxing space to hang out.

Great cozy vacation house

The house was very clean and the check in process was easy. The location was nice with just a short drive to center of Cape May or Wildwood boardwalk. The backyard was relaxing and having a fenced yard was a plus. We would stay here again.

Family time Making Memories

A delightful home away from home, only steps from the bay. Was lovely to stay with extended family in a rental that felt like a home. The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure we felt st home. Thank you for helping us enjoy making new memories.

our relaxed vacation

The house was perfect for our family and accommodating for all our needs. The location was great. We loved riding bikes throughout the area. The streets were mostly quiet and conducive to good riding. The beach was close by and great for sunbathing. We brought a stand up paddle board which we enjoyed on the bay. The sunsets were gorgeous.

Great beach house

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The outdoor space is entirely fenced in and there is a very comfortable patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The outdoor shower was perfect for when we came back from the beach. The beach is so close to the house. Beautiful sunsets every day.

A refreshing retreat close to the beach

We had a great vacation at this house.it exceeded out expectations. Everything was clean and orderly. We especially enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. The house is a very short walk to the beach. It is also conveniently located near restaurants, golf, and to the center of Cape May. We were sad to leave and hope to return again. The host quickly responded to inquiries and was very accommodating.

Cute House by the Bay

Cute little house that is perfect for a family. Great location near the bay. Two floors of living was perfect! Only a few issues, the circuit breaker would constantly jump if you used the microwave and other appliances like the toaster and vent. Also, we did have two dogs with us and we were surprised when the landscaper opened the gate to cut the lawn! A notification of when he was to be expected would have been appreciated. I would recommend this house for your next getaway.

Villas Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time during our week at this rental. Enjoyed relaxing beach time, ( a very short distance from the house)yet found many things to do if we wanted more activity. Will definitely consider going back next year.

Beautiful beach house by the bay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The location is amazing . Walk to the bay beach to see sunset. House is great, especially loved the back yard with grill and outdoor eating space.

Relocation literally steps from the beach!

How much was immaculate apart arrival air conditioners running so the house was cool Laundry is located just offthe kitchen Which is very convenient. The backyard is very well equipped and very comfortable . We will certainly put this house again next year

Very Nice

Great location! Beautiful property. Very, very clean. Very well appointed with everything we needed, comfortable, and impeccably decorated! Parking was limited. We were not able to fit 4 vehicles as advertised as we have larger vehicles like pick-up truck and large SUV. The house does not have central air but instead has window type units in every room. It kept the house nice and cool so not a problem, but the units are a little loud. Not a deal breaker. I was a little disappointed that we had to stop what we were doing to move everything off the small front yard and move all the vehicles so the grass could be mowed. Would recommend this be done on Saturdays in between stays if possible. The property manager also told us he rode by to check on us which I never experienced in past stays with VBRO which was not a problem, but it made us feel a little uncomfortable....like we were being watched. Overall, very nice property and I would definitely stay there again!!

Great House and Location!

Our family of 8 adults and one dog stayed here August 2021. The house was very clean and ready for us when we checked in. It was so close to the Delaware Bay that we were able to bring our chairs and umbrellas down during the day, leave them there for lunch and dinner at the house, and then use them again to watch the sunset at night. The house had everything we needed to cook. it was also very close to Cape May and Wildwood, which we enjoyed visiting too. I highly recommend this rental!

Wildwood Ave

The location of this property is great, just a very short walk to the bay beach. The outdoor space with the cabana is amazing and the fenced yard is large enough for dogs to have space to play. Being able to take the dogs down to the beach is great! The sunsets here are some of the prettiest we've seen. Close enough to restaurants and ocean beaches.

Comfortable digs by the bay

Our two families found this tidy and comfortable home just the right size for the 8 of us (plus our medium-sized doggie). The favorite place was the covered gathering place out back, where e had our morning coffee and most dinners. The beds were comfortable, the living room had enough space for family fun, and the upstairs nook was perfect for our teacher daughter, who worked remotely during our stay. Our college-student son also has remote classes during the trip, and the wifi has plenty of bandwidth to accommodate all. The bay is just a few-minutes walk to morning walks and evening sunsets. Bring paper plates and cups along, along with a grill brush. We enjoyed our stay in the Villas by the bay.

Bay getaway

This house is great for families and is dog friendly with a fenced in yard. Just 5 houses from the Bay we enjoyed walking our dogs in the beach. 5 minute drive to Cape May brewery!

Great family get away

My family had a great time . We loved having our dogs with us and being able to go for walks on the bay beach.with them. The house was very comfortable for us and we made wonderful memories. We were close to Cape May and wildwood and there were lots of things for us to do .

Perfect family vacation

Home was perfect for our family. The top level had is own sitting area with bedrooms and bathroom. The bottom level had 2 more bedrooms and bath. It was 5 houses from the bay and the dogs loved the fenced in yard. The yard had a great sitting area. It was a perfect family vacation!
