En rez-de-chaussée : l'entrée se fait par la porte fenêtre du séjour (2 petites marches) disposant d'un coin cuisine bien équipé ouvert sur salle à manger salon avec canapé et TV écran plat, une chambre avec un lit double (140x190), une chambre avec un lit double (140x190)* une salle de bains (baignoire, bidet et lavabo double vasque), un WC indépendant avec lave-mains. Chauffage électrique. Gîte à 500 m du village, du théâtre de la mer et de ses commerces. En rez-de-jardin de la maison des propriétaires avec une agréable cour privative clôturée, fleurie et en partie ombragée (40 m² ). Salon de jardin, bains de soleil, petite cabane pour les jeunes enfants. Emplacement voiture devant le gîte sur terrain clos de 108 m². Connexion internet WIFI. L'appartement est naturellement frais en été et pour plus de confort des ventilateurs vous sont proposés. A 20 m du gite, de juin à septembre navette gratuite à destination des plages. Plage la plus proche à pied le Vergeron à 2,5 km. Saint-Tropez 12 km, Sainte-Maxime 15 km, Le Lavandou 26 km.
