I'm renting out my timeshare at Grand Solmar. You have access also to Playa Grande next door that has a more party atmosphere and has daily activities for adults and children.

The timeshare includes 2 ensuite bedrooms with 1 extra full bath and a full size murphy bed in a front sitting area. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The extra bedroom has 2 full size beds. Both bedrooms and the living/dining room all have access to your own large ocean view patio with lounge chairs and table and chairs. Includes fully furnished kitchen with stove top, microwave and full size refrigerator, coffeepot and blender. No oven.

There are 8 pools including multiple infinity pools overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The resort offers 4 restaurants along with swim up bars and pool side service. There's a full fitness center, ocean front spa, and free valet parking.

You are a short 15 min walk into town. Free shuttle service to Playa Grande and the new Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas Resort which is under construction.

Shuttle service to and from the airport can be arranged through concierge for a fee.

The resort also offers an all inclusive meal and drink plan, that is separate from your room rental, and can be arranged with the resort prior to arrival. Timeshare can only be booked for seven days and check-ins on Sat or Sunday only.
