Bienvenue dans notre magnifique bungalow au coeur du centre-ville de Charlotte. Nous sommes situés dans une rue magnifique bordée d'arbres. Idéal pour la marche et proche du tramway qui vous mÚnera au coeur de Charlotte. Vous y trouverez le Stade Bank of America, domicile des Panthers de la Caroline. The location was great and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The dishwasher top rack did not pull out well at all and the dryer did not work.

Great Location and Stay

We loved the location of this property! We had 4 adults and 2 children. The house was a good size for us. We chose to eat-in most of the weekend and did not have any issues with the kitchen or available supplies.

Very clean and cute bungalow

We stayed here for a few days in November, as we were between houses. This bungalow was equipped with everything we needed and was quite cozy to boot. Centrally located and easy to get everywhere we needed to go!

Great location and lots of beds for a family/ group stay

This house was in a really great neighborhood, I was visiting family in Eastover and was perfect for that. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. Living space was cute. Kitchen was not very equipped ( like old pots and basic no things like salt and pepper, or utensils for cooking, small amount of dishes), one of the showers was broken. Contacted owner and never heard back. Otherwise this place was good for our family. Kind of interesting to have to pay insurance and deposit - may be VRBO or want to fix for future renters

Weekend getaway in Charlotte

Tim’s house is very clean and quaint. It is in a great location for events at Bojangles arena or Oven’s Auditorium as well as restaurants and events in downtown Charlotte. Very beautiful neighborhood to walk in and close to bus stop. It has all you need for a wonderful trip.

Rent from Tim!!!

My graduation ceremony was held at the Charlotte Convention Center, and thankfully we rented from Tim. First, he accommodated my request to add an additional guest at the last minute at no extra cost. He was responsive to email and phone. The rental is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious, with a "homey" feel. I know most owners make a claim, but their rentals don't include things like a full-size ironing board, tv's in every room with cable in a friendly, quiet, safe neighborhood. We had a great time enjoying each other with space to retreat for downtime. The loft was my favorite getaway--it has a desk/office chair, a comfy couch, and a large flatscreen. Rent from Tim. You won't regret it!

Charming Elizabeth neighborhood house

We came for our son's wedding. This house was in an excellent location for shopping, hair salon, attending the wedding venue, and restaurants. The house had plenty of rooms, usable kitchen, laundry facilities and it was very comfortable. The property manager was easy to talk with when we phoned when we had questions. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend this property for rental.

Great house near downtown

We were in town for a wedding and had three couples staying here. Enjoyed have some common space to socialize in outside of the wedding activities and yet be super close to a lot of great restaurants and breweries with short and affordable Uber rides!

Charlotte Girls Trip

We stayed at the Elizabeth Bungalow for a long weekend. The house was perfect! Charming, clean and in a great location! Visited the Whitewater Center and some great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little bungalow

I am from Charlotte but had to stay in a VRBO while my place was being repaired. This was a beautiful little place in a great neighborhood. It will be my go to for any family coming into town from now on! All bedrooms on first floor are great for those with mobility issues too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, cozy bungalow in a quiet neighborhood

Comfortably accommodated three couples who were in Charlotte for a family wedding. We loved that we were able to stay together in this charming, clean, and well-stocked home. We spent time on the front porch and enjoyed the privacy the landscape provided. Would like to suggest better lighting in the hall bathroom and an option of a coffee maker (Keurig is provided) but otherwise it met all of our needs.
