Wonderful long weekend at a great house!

The house was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was great to have the chair floats and a table with an umbrella built into the pool so we could enjoy the shade and the water at the same time! We also had fun competing on the ping pong table. Jason was accessible and accommodating. He gave us some great local recommendations and there are lots of restaurants and a grocery store a few blocks away. We hope this house is available the next time we are in Phoenix!

Nice getaway

Property manager was very cordial and helpful with our many questions. Home was lovely but in need of maintenance ( replace burned out lightbulbs inside and out, bathroom vanity door, pool cover, and very squeaky garage door. This home was very close to grocery stores and yummy restaurants. It could use some table lamps in the living and quest bedrooms .

Good stay

Overall the stay was good. The house was clean. The pool had a lot of debris in it...understandably there were storms during our stay. We would have cleaned out the debris, but the net to clean the pool was broken. The water was also a green color, so not sure if the chlorine level was appropriate. Also, the dishwasher had a moldy smell. But again, the house was clean and location was great. Thanks!

Family Christmas

This property was everything it said it was and more! Our family spent 8 days at this house and it had everything we could ask for and more! Tons of games(even had pie face for our kids), shuffleboard, ping pong, full stocked kitchen, nice grilling station, wonderful pool with heat(thank goodness got pretty cold but pool heater seemed to keep up). Jason was great to deal with, we even got the the property fairly late the first night and I texted him with a couple questions and he immediately called me even though he was on vacation with his family as well. Great, reliable communication goes along long way with these rentals!!! Overall we created some family memories that will not be forgotten at this property and look forward to a future visit here!!! I’ve used VRBO dozens of times and I would highly recommend this property for families with kids of all ages!!!

Great family house in beautiful neighborhood

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We unfortunately lost our previous reservation just 2 days before our stay and the owner on this property was able to accommodate us at the last minute. The house was clean and was stocked well with dishes and basic necessities. One comment would be to have everything you would expect at a hotel stay at the property. There was shampoo and conditioner but no body wash or soap. Also, no hair dryer. It comes with a Keurig but maybe just adding a cup or two on arrival would be nice. Not necessary but nice and convenient. The rooms were a good size. The beds were "ok." The bed in the master was so hard. It was difficult to sleep on. The other beds were slightly better but my teenage children preferred to sleep on the couch over the beds as that was more comfortable. Just some small things that need fixing, such as the fan in the family room bathroom made a very strange noise and seemed broken. The hall bathroom had patches that were not painted over. I'm assuming this was to move the towel rack. Overall we really had a great time. The ping pong table and shuffleboard table were big hits. My son did get into the pool and it was clean. It did seem to be heated. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is not far from the freeway so getting around Phoenix is easy. The owner communicated well and responded quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again

Nice house, nice neighborhood, clean. Only gripe was pool cover was on when we arrived and had a bunch of leaves and yard debris that got into pool, but they were vacuumed up within a day. Would def stay again.

Wedding weekend

Three couples stayed at the house for the weekend. We were in Phoenix for a wedding. The home was great/ we loved the pool! The house is very well appointed and clean.

GREAT LOCATION

We enjoyed the property, but they needed to set up(connect) TV in one of the guest's bedrooms, the toaster needs to be replaced, the dishwasher needs to be cleaned, and they need to mark off the room with the ping-pong table. That room can be dangerous since it is below the main floor. Being of the same wood and color, one could easily trip and fall going from the kitchen, hallway into that room. They need to mark it. Also, it would help if they had instructions on how to run the TVs. It was a hit or miss on trying to find stations.

Relaxing Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay! We escaped to see local family and relax- and that is exactly what happened. Our kids loves the heated pool and spent most of the days there. We were able to walk to two local parks as well. The location was perfect for our needs. The house is spacious and the floor plan was nice and open. A special thanks to the lovely neighbor who provided our kids with all the lemons they wanted- making fresh lemonade was a delightful treat.

Communication with Jason was fabulous

We stayed for a week over Spring break - 6 adults and an infant. The house is wonderful for families; lots of room inside and outside to just hang up. The game tables inside were a huge hit. The house was very well stocked. I've stayed at quite a few VRBO's and this house was one of the best stocked ones. Jason was wonderful to deal with from the moment we put down the deposit. We had asked for a pack n play and high chair for our grandson and they were both provided. The high chair was brand new; hadn't even been taken out of box. I think the pack n play might have been brand new as well although it was put together. There were a few minor issues, but nothing that would prevent us from wanting to stay her again.

Perfect for Family Holiday

We were looking for a place to escape the midwestern winter and this was perfect. The home is exactly like pictures and the property manager was responsive and friendly. Home has everything you need and the pool and outdoor area very relaxing. The neighborhood is cute, walkable, and close to grocery store and coffee shops. Would certainly come back!

Great Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed at this beautiful house during Thanksgiving to spend the holiday with family in the area. It was perfect for 5 adults and 3 children. We had the pool heated and enjoyed it the day after Thanksgiving when family visited us at the house. Everything was well stocked. We had a difficulty with the stove when we checked in and Jason was accessible and very responsive. The issue was resolved quickly. I’d definitely recommend this house.

Very nice house

The house was spacious and really comfortable. We stayed in November, when it was chilly at night but really warm during the day - the heated pool was terrific for afternoon swims with the kids. The host was friendly and easy to work with.
