Les groupes dĂ©sireux de voyager ensemble apprĂ©cieront le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert du niveau principal, ainsi que l'espace personnel fourni dans chaque suite. Toute la suite parentale principale au dernier Ă©tage s'ouvre sur une magnifique terrasse privĂ©e sur le toit avec des siĂšges pour 8 personnes. immense salle de bain avec douche Ă  l’italienne, double vasque & amp; placards sans rendez-vous. La tĂ©lĂ©vision est visible depuis le toit-terrasse, parfait pour les journĂ©es de jeux! 5 minutes de Nissan Stadium & amp; Topgolf et moins de 10 au Nashville Sounds / Nashville SC au First Tennessee Park Ă  Germantown. Un peu plus de 10 minutes de l'aĂ©roport de Nashville et moins de 15 minutes de Opry Mills, Gaylord Opryland & amp; Le Grand Ole Opry. The house was beautiful and perfect for three couples traveling together The location was very convenient to all of the sightseeing we had planned. The host was friendly and easy to get in touch with when we had questions. I would 100% recommend this house!

The host was quick to respond & very helpful! No real (serious) complaints as far as our stay, the townhouse was very nice & clean inside! There were 6 of us (3 couples) and we had a lot of space; having separate bathrooms was a huge plus!! The master bedroom was awesome; loved the huge bedroom w/the large bathroom & beautiful shower! The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The stairs up to the master bedroom were quite a workout There were no serious complaints from the others, regarding the other bedrooms, either. There is a train that did wake me up every time it went through, as it sounded its whistle 3-4x, although it did not wake my husband. We only stayed 3 nights, and would definitely rent here again!! I only have some suggestions/ recommendations: the front of the townhome could use a serious power washing asap (not just the brick but the windows, door frame)! You should include in your posting(s) that there is a Keurig, especially since it’s not in the photos (that I recall). I was going to message & ask but didn’t, regretted it when we found there was one in the unit!! (We prefer Keurig/k-pods and could have brought our own).Need a couple of dish cloths & a couple of dish towels in kitchen. More wash cloths in the bathroom(s). In MB we had 1 wash cloth & 2 makeup cloths, so it ended up working out fine but 2 regular wash cloths would be better. Not sure about other bathrooms. Everything really was great, thank you so much!

The place was very clean and can accommodate a large group. There are grocery stores close by which is helpful. Everyone should know that East Nashville is a transitional area where there are areas that are not very clean and don't appear to be very safe and others where young families are moving in. We did not feel unsafe but others may not feel the same way. Not much in the immediate area for kids but lots of cool nightclubs and places to eat that are away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville bars. This unit is on a very busy two-lane street and close to a main line railroad track where multiple trains go by every day, sometimes early in the morning. The unit is 3 stories with each level having 18 steps to get to the bedrooms. If you have trouble with steps you may want to try another place. I would recommend this to others but with the caveats summarized above.

Beautiful home we had 3 couples loved that each room had its own restroom very roomy and clean. We will be back. Uber ride to downtown was 10 min and only 15 dollars worth every penny.

This property was perfect. It was close to the airport, the Gaylord where the wedding we were attending was held & close enough to broadway without being in the heart of it. The check in was super easy, the host was in constant communication. The listing was spot on. Pics & description were 100% accurate. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't available to us, example iron & board, blow dryer, all silverware, dishware etc. I would highly recommend this spot if you are in Nashville.

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. Five women with all those bathrooms, you can’t ask for more. quick Uber ride to the Opry, downtown, airport, etc. The host was quick to respond. The vintage shop/bar down the street is a fun little place to hang out after a day downtown.

Overall, we were very happy with the house. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the pillow selection on all the beds. No matter what your pillow preference, there is sure to be one that’s perfect for you. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient. We just had a couple of concerns. The coffee pot is not tall enough to engage the spring mechanism that allows the coffee to flow through. So the water just collects in the basket with the grounds. Thankfully, we realized right before it completely overflowed that it wasn’t dispensing the coffee. We had to push the spring up with a spoon the whole time it was brewing. And we did that every morning because coffee is a big deal for this group. The house was clean, but the shower curtains were dingy and had some mold spots. Other than that, this would definitely be a 5 star stay!

Spacious and quiet 5 minutes from Downtown Nashville!

This was a very spacious property just 5 minutes from Downtown Nashville. Ubering was super easy!! The property was clean and welcoming. It was perfect for 3 couples as each had their own bedroom, ensuite and walk in closet. No issues to report! We had a fantastic time for our first time in Nashville!!

Great for couples

We had three couples and this rental worked out great. Everyone’s had their own space with en-suite. Management responded quickly with any questions. Transitional neighborhood that was a quick uber to downtown. The only negative was we were told to only use the back door (assuming for added security on the front). That was kind of a pain when ordering Ubers and trying to walking around the whole building as there wasn’t a direct path of our own.

Great for couples

The separate rooms and bathrooms were great for couples! 10 minute Uber from the house. A couple things that could be improved on... the patio area/balcony. Needs to be cleaned up. Moldy/mildew. Table was dirty, like it just doesn't get used. Could be cleaner and more inviting. Also, it's so nice to have every day necessities when your traveling and renting a house. This one had very limited Kitchen supplies. Over all the house was great. Didn't walk anywhere from the house, WI unsure what was within walking distance to do.
