Créez le camp de base de Wilder Farm Inn pour toutes vos aventures dans la vallée de la rivière Mad! Idéalement situé et à quelques minutes de Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, le long sentier étagé, des trous de baignade incroyables et des bouchées de bonne nourriture, de bière et de fromage (oh le fromage!). Profitez de tout cela en séjournant dans notre confortable ferme du Vermont des années 1800 ornée de meubles confortables et d'équipements modernes. Venez rester à la ferme et découvrez à quoi ressemble la vie lorsque vous retirez le pied de l'accélérateur.
Il y a 9 chambres avec une variété d'arrangements de couchage différents, merveilleux pour les groupes d'amis assistant aux mariages, ainsi que les grandes familles, car chaque chambre comprend une salle de bain privée! Beaucoup d'espace pour que tout le monde se prépare le matin et ait un peu d'intimité en cas de besoin. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Réduisez vos coûts en cuisinant des repas dans notre grande cuisine commerciale, avec une cuisinière à six brûleurs, une plaque chauffante, un lave-vaisselle commercial et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer et servir des repas pendant votre séjour ici. Une merveilleuse disposition ouverte et une charmante table de dîner à la ferme complètent l'expérience de dîner de vos groupes ici. Les clients sont responsables du nettoyage après eux-mêmes. Les propriétaires vivent sur la propriété dans un bâtiment privé indépendant et sont généralement disponibles si nécessaire, mais apprécient votre intimité lors de la location de votre installation.

Close to town with mutliple sitting areas for groups to gather and talk. Charging stations for electric vehicles. Centrally located in Vermont so fairly easy to go to other Vermont towns within about an hour.

Great spot for large groups

This place was absolutely perfect for my large family of 18 cousins. We had a our annual cousin ski trip and having the ability to get everyone in one house made this trip very special.

Wilder Farm was a perfectly situated place for our extended family over a wedding weekend in the Mad River Valley. It is an older building with lots of charm and quirks; very comfortable, although it could use a little attention.

Family stay for wedding

The inn was a perfect fit for our whole family…from grandparents down…as we stayed in Vermont for the weekend for a family wedding. Loved the space, the kitchen and dining area as we were to all hang out together! Plenty of space to spread out.

Perfect for family gathering

We were 14 adults, 3 children together for a family wedding. Plenty of space and a great kitchen for meal prep. We enjoyed the fire pit and the location was ideal.

Family Weekend

This property worked perfectly for our family of 17 people. We were celebrating my 75th birthday. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. We had a blast!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was 'in fact "Charming" and meet our needs for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked and once we got familiar with the dishwasher, all was well. We even had family photos taken and the farmhouse was a wonderful back drop. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Great Wedding Companion Property

Used this former Inn to house the groomsmen and partners for a wedding in the area. It worked perfectly. Plenty of bathrooms for getting ready and nice common area for eating together and hanging out. Was fun to feel like we had a whole inn.

Large house with plenty of beds. They stocked the firewood around the fire pit which was thoughtful. This was perfect for a large group especially with lots of bathrooms also! Plenty of parking. We did not operate the commercial dishwasher - would have preferred a regular one. They do need steak knives and should add that to the ktichen. We also liked that the coffee was stocked! It was also great to have two refrigerators!

Novemeber long weekend

Wilder Inn was a wonderful property and fit our purposes well. We were a group of friends staying in Waitsfield to attend a wedding. Wilder Inn was comfortable and had lots of space to relax and hang out and was also close enough to Waitsfield for easy drives to get groceries or go out to eat. Recommend.

Nice family getaway

We had a very nice family vacation. Enough space for our extended family to get together and not feel cramped. Loved the big table where we could eat and play games together. Wifi/ baby monitor does not cover the range of the whole house so that is one small thing to be aware of.

Perfect spot for a small elopement ceremony!

My partner and I booked the Wilder Farm Inn for a long weekend for 18 people (17 adults, 1 infant) for a small elopement ceremony. It was perfect! Communication with property management was easy, the house and surrounding property were even better and nicer than as described, and there was plenty of space for all of us to both gather and spread out as needed. The town surrounding the Wilder Farm Inn is very cute, and with the Mad River just across the street, there were plenty of places to take beautiful wedding photos. Management was very accommodating of our request to hold a small event (no vendors or additional guests) on the property which was much appreciated. I'm so happy I booked the Wilder Farm Inn and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to gather with family or friends in beautiful surroundings!

We loved it here. We would go again. There are very high fees and a number of them. Just make sure you understand that the all-in cost is much higher than the nightly fee. If you have clarity about that go for it.

Great Get Away with Life Long Friends!

The Farm House was perfect to meet the needs of our large group of multiple families. Enjoyed having our own bathrooms and different areas for kids and adults to relax and have fun. Loved sitting by the fire pit at night and exploring swimming holes during the day!

Wonderful venue

Can’t say enough about our experience at Wilder Farm on the River! We gathered 18 family members, and this was the perfect spot to do it. It’s a charming and comfortable old inn, with all of the character of its age... interesting and eclectic, with modernizations beautifully integrated for comfort. A wonderful, well stocked kitchen where lots of folks could work together easily. We loved the giant dining room table where we could all gather for meals. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the property gorgeous. We biked, fished, canoed and swam in the river right across the street, hiked Camels Hump... set up volleyball and corn hike and the large lawn...short trips into Burlington...grocery in Waitsfield only 5 minutes away... Lots to explore, lots of relaxing, a perfect spot to spend time with a large group and still have plenty of space for yourself. The owner and his staff were super-responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! I hope to be back again one day.
