We had an enjoyable relaxing week! The condo was very comfortable and we slept great! The foutons in the living room were okay but not very comfortable for relaxing in the evening. The grounds were very beautiful with all the plants, trees and flowers! Overall the location to the beach and harbor were ideal. The owners were very receptive and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place close location to the beach view is good as well! The condo is clean and well kept! There were beach chairs for our use as well! They have many things for young kids to use atvyhd condo as well!

Wonderful property right by the ocean and the harbor. Loved the tropical landscaping of the property grounds. The units are a bit older, but the decor and cleanliness make up for that. There are a few very tasty restaurants just a short walk to the harbor area, and other stores and restaurants just a quick drive away. The views from the unit are amazing as well. The owners have really thought of many extras needed to enjoy the surroundings, and the snacks and wine were an over the top treat! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

My wife and I came here to North Village resort for my wife’s birthday. Excellent view of the harbor and ocean, easy and excellent check-in process, from office was very kind. Our host Garyn Sharon had excellent communication with us were very kind, thorough, and the place was filled with absolutely everything that we needed. I’m talking about not just the basics but the welcoming with the wine, Kiwi coffee maker with pods, TVs radio CDs games, and even beach stuff such as boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas. Could not have asked for a better stay so accommodating and pleasant. We’re very grateful. I would recommend anybody and everybody here to stay.

Amazing family vacation!

This was our first family vacation with our two little ones. The proximity to the beach and harbor and shops was all so wonderful. Great memories made!

Awesome location with comforts of home

This is my third stay at North Coast and Gary and Sharon provide all the extra amenities that make this a preferred unit. Highly recommend.

Great Springbreak Getaway

We planned a last minute getaway and couldn't have been more pleased with this rental. Super clean and a great beach theme decor. Everything we needed along with a few extras. We would highly recommend this property. We hope to be staying again in the future!

Perfect Harbor location

We were in town for the Oceanside Ironman. Last time we stayed closer to the finish line, but I liked this location better. It was also more comfortable staying in a condo with a full kitchen instead of a hotel.

Wife visit family

Got the VRBO for my wife so she could visit her family. The location was great and she really enjoyed walking to the beach. She also enjoyed the view when she drank her morning coffee. Will definitely stay again when we come back to town.

Definitely a home away from home. the property is beautiful, and the location is perfect. I’d choose this unit if trying to decide! The owners are the most accommodating I’ve ever had the pleasure to rent from!

Oceanside downtown & harbor

This great spot is walking distance from downtown O’side and the harbor. A great jumping off point to explore all parts of this cute beach town. The rental unit has everything you need, plus amenities at the property include two pools and jacuzzis, gym, pool table, ping pong and more. A truly special location for a getaway.
