Quiet and comfortable home away from home

Communication was great, and check-in was easy. We appreciated the quiet location and the proximity to town and to the Palo Duro Canyon. Charming cabin was comfortable for 3 adults, and the trundle bed was a welcome surprise! We each had our own bed. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area.

I stayed in the unit for 2 nights to assist my daughter move into a new apartment in Canyon. The unit was nice and close to my daughter. Worth another stay in the future!

The property was in a very pretty country setting, very peaceful and quiet. Very cute little cabin and the Property owner's were very accomodating, checking to see if we were comfortable or needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing Stay

It was a fun family trip that we had and staying in this cozy cabin that was close to the Palo Duro park and town was a really nice convenience. The owners were friendly and the place was clean with nice amenities.

Great Little Space

Cute and clean. The owners were friendly. The shower is a little clunky because it is teeny tiny and raised off the floor on a platform. But other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Perfect!

this is perfectly located for visiting Palo Duro State Park. Close to park so you can visit early, spend hot park of day in comfort of air conditioning, and go back to park in evening. Also super close to lots of restaurants in Canyon, Tx and Amarillo, Tx. Also about 1.5 hours to Caprock Canyon State Park so visiting both is easy!

Perfect location!

This very well appointed tiny house perfectly between Palo Duro Canyon State Park and the cute city of Canyon. I was able to cook most of my meals between the refrigerator and microwave and for anything else, I just popped into town and ate at their wide variety of restaurants. The hosts were there if you needed them, and not if you didn't!

Great base for visiting Pablo Duro

Perfect place for Palo Duro hiking

Me and my teenage son used the cabin as base operations for hiking in Palo Duro Canyon. It was perfect! Check in was super easy and the owners communication was amazingly quick. This spot is great for 2-3 people and had everything we wanted. Bonus Points for having coffee on hand and all the toiletries for getting an early start to the day.There is no stove/oven but the BBQ grill was perffect for our evening dinner plans. If the campsite is full or you're not interested in "roughing it", this is a perfect spot. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Fabulous location

Perfect spot to stay for. 2-night getaway from home! Less than 20 min to a Palo Dura Canyon Pioneer Theater and -5 minutes from downtown Canyon would definitely stay there again!

This place was perfect and the nicest sweetest owners.... I met the owners and just the small conversation we had made me feel like I was talking to my grandmother. Will absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
