This house was perfect for our group of 14! We really enjoyed that everyone had their own space but could easily gather in the common areas and game room. The house was perfect walking distance to the beach and a lot of great breakfast spots and restaurants. The host and property manager were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely book this property again for our next group trip!

Amazing

This property was very clean and spacious and close to everything. It had everything we needed for the beach and trust me it came in handy. Zesar the property manager was excellent he answered any questions or concerns that we had. We had a large family when I say this is an excellent house that’s what I mean. It was everything we needed and more. Thank you Zesar!!

The host was inattentive. I messaged several times and only literally heard back once about what the property managers hours are which by the way is 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and if you need anything after that good luck. But that's not to say that he won't show up at 11:30 p.m. trying to fix the problem when you're already in bed. One of the showers were leaking the entire time which I did report to the property manager. A couple of the rooms smelt very musty almost moldy. The roof leaked there was mold in three different rooms. Surprisingly the rooms that smelled musty did not have the mold in them three separate rooms. All of the mattress protectors looked like there was piss on them. The hot tub didn't work and didn't get fixed until literally the evening before we left. The dishwasher had issues and they had to send someone over to fix that. The power went out at 3:15 a.m. and nobody would answer their phone because the generator tried to come on but then popped so we had no power which means we couldn't get out of the house because we had two rental cars and they were in the garage with no way to get out. It has been a nightmare of an experience. I definitely had a much better stay the last time this time was no bueno

Great Stay

We had an easy and great time using this property. It was a group of 10 celebrating a 30th birthday and we could’ve not been any happier. Even when the power went out in the whole neighborhood, the property manager made sure to stay in communication with us and also send people to set up our backup generator. We were also really happy with the chef and the breakfast that he made for us in the house. Definitely would recommend staying here for a large group because it was close to a lot of things and Ubers were cheap.

San Juan Beach House McLeary Street

The property was exactly as advertised. There was 12 of us that stayed there. There was a lot of room, plenty of bedrooms. The location was perfect. A block from the beach and a block from plenty of restaurant and bars! Zesar was very helpful and great to work with. He was very quick to respond with any questions/concerns we had. And provided many useful tips!We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

Great house and location

I had a group of 18, and we had a great time! The location is good, near restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Z was great to work with and he gave us great hints about the island. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Beach House

Beautiful house, not even a block from the beach! Short walk to many amazing restaurants and bars on Calle LoĂ­za. The host was very responsive and the house was plenty big to host everyone in the family. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico!

Great place for big group!

Very nice property and good location. The beach, coffee shops and restaurants were walking distance. We had family reunion and stayed at the property for 5 days. The property was nice. The community with the property managers, Jaime and Zesar were great! I will recommend this place for big group!

Look no further and stay here!

This gem was perfect to host me and my friends for the long weekend! It's in the best location right outside old San Juan and the beach pretty much being the back yard. It's next to so many fun things to do in the main strip. The house was so nice and the hot tub was a dream. The host was also super available, communicative, informative and just all around cool. I strongly recommend reserving this spot if you're looking to have a blast of a trip!

The Beach House

Great place to stay! Beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very, very close to beach. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. The host even had 4 beach chairs, several boogie boards, sandcastle supplies, a cooler, plus much more for the beach...even a surf board. I would highly recommend.

Great house for a large family

The house was perfect for our family of 12. Our kids and grandkids loved it. The pool table and ping pong table were put to good use. We walked to restaurants and the grocery store.

A group of senior female Tattooers spent the week bonding and sharing stories in conjunction with the PR tattoo convention. The house was a perfect venue for a ladies sleep away camp! What a week!

Water water everywhere

Leaky ceiling, water dripping on beds and floors. Mold on the ceiling. Good location and plenty of room, but they definitely need to replace the roof. Also need a better sitting area outside near hot tub, pictures looked so much better on listing. Also some problems with garage and gate opening.

Beautiful house in the BEST location!

The house was spectacular. It was very clean, safe and secure. The description was exact. The location is perfect, you are walking distance to everything you'll need. We rented cars and ended up using Uber a lot. If I would do it over I would of just rented the vehicles the day we visited the rain Forrest only. The pool, ping-pong table & hot tub were added bonus! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again when I return to San Juan. I highly recommend staying at Jaime’s Beach House.

Beach house stay!

What an amazing time staying at this beach house! Location was perfect for our group as we were looking for something close to the beach as well as in the mix of the city life. The house is huge and much bigger than the pictures that are shown. Lots of space for our group of 18 to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. The game room was a big highlight for us! This house is literally a block away from the beach and the house provided chairs and coolers for us to take down and enjoy. We did not need a car at all because of the amazing location and being so close to bars, restaurants & Old San Juan. Overall had a great stay and would recommend for larger groups looking to enjoy everything Puerto Rico has to offer.

McCleary Beach House

Overall, it was a great stay. Wi Fi and phone service were spotty at best, which made it hard to get updates for the excursions we booked. No hot showers. But the property itself was true to the description. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was a short walk to the beach, which was great. We took advantage of the private chef, and that was absolutely amazing food. Very friendly and was so easy to make those arrangements. Would have been nice to have extra blankets/sheets. But there were plenty of things to use when going to the beach, chairs, cooler etc.

Lots of space

From a space perspective the house was great. Beach toys, balls, and wagon were also an added bonus. The house could use a deep cleaning in areas such as cabinets and windows. Also, one of the bedrooms has a chemical smell.Communication with Zesar was very responsive.The house provided four thin towels per bed. They did not give hand towels for bathrooms or kitchens. We were a large group with lots of kids. It felt like we had to wash towels constantly because the towels were used to clean up messes, go to beach, dry off after hot tub, dry rain water, or wipe hands. Honestly the towel situation seemed a little nuts considering the size and cost of the house. I recommend bringing your own. Especially if you are going to the beach.
