This was simply the best place I have stayed in the past four years (location, price, cleanliness, and the design of the residence itself).

Great location!

Property was as described, great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, activities, etc. Shared dock was a nice amenity for crabbing. Check in and out was easy, overall a great experience.

Kitchen had everything you need. The owner thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I have stayed in a lot of places in Chincoteague and this one is on top of my list! Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great but the house was not clean. Sand piles everywhere, floors never mopped, air vent on wall in kitchen full of dust, stair railing to second floor sticky same for kitchen table snd counters, carpets not vacuumed, spent first 2 hours wiping every surface down. Which wouldn’t be as annoying if you didn’t charge bug cleaning fee.

Nice getaway

My daughters, a friend, and I stayed here as part of a graduation celebration for one of my daughters. It was easy walking distance to Maddox, and was a good size for us. We had hoped to be able to put our kayaks in on the dock associated with the units, but the water level never got high enough to do that. One can walk through the marsh to put in, but the mosquitoes were pretty intense. It would be great if there were stairs from the dock down into the water. Other than that, it was just what we wanted.
