We invite you to relax and enjoy our beautiful beach vacation home that is close to everything Port Aransas, Texas has to offer. This coastal retreat has 3 bedrooms, a welcoming open kitchen/dining/living area, 2 bathrooms, 2 private balconies, a large backyard and plenty of parking for several cars and/or a boat. Wireless connectivity throughout house. Cable television in the living room.

Home is 100% self-managed by the owner.

Soft blues and whites bring a breezy coastal vibe throughout the home. Relax in the cozy living room and have a movie night around the 65 inch flat screen TV or gather around the large family dining table for board games and group meals.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal during your stay and includes: stainless steel appliances, Calphalon cookware, coastal dishes and flatware, Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, blender, toaster, Crockpot, wine and cocktail glasses, assorted utensils, cookie sheets, pizza pan, cutting boards, etc.

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people with two king beds and a built-in double twin over twin bunk room. All bedrooms include 400-thread count sheets, cozy quilts, pillows and throw blankets. Master and guest king rooms have a 40 inch flat screen Smart TV that you can connect to using WiFi. Bunk room has a flat screen TV, DVD player (bring your movies) and Classic Nintendo preloaded with games for kids’ enjoyment. Ceiling fans in each room.

The front balcony offers comfortable seating and provides a fun place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage while listening to the birds. The back balcony offers comfortable seating while overlooking the large private backyard and viewing the Port Aransas starry nights.

Rent a golf cart or bike nearby and cruise around the island in style! After your fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower.

An initial supply of toiletry products is provided (2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, large paper towel roll, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, travel-size shampoo/conditioner and hand soap).
