Le rêve de ce vacancier est un club-club de plusieurs millions de dollars dans lequel vous pourrez nager dans la piscine intérieure ou extérieure, vous détendre dans le bain à remous, vous dépenser dans le centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, jouer au billard et au ping-pong dans le jeu. dans la chambre, regardez la télévision sur grand écran ou tout simplement admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le belvédère au coucher du soleil. Crabe ou poisson du quai, jouer au pickleball et au tennis, vélo, kayak, emmener les enfants au terrain de jeu - Bayside à Bethany Lakes a tout pour plaire!

Les couleurs vives de la plage vous rappelleront immédiatement que vous êtes en vacances. Cette maison de ville immaculée est à plusieurs niveaux avec la chambre principale, salon, cuisine entièrement équipée et salle d'eau au niveau inférieur.

La suite principale comprend un lit king-size, un dressing, une télévision, une salle de bain complète avec baignoire, un bain à remous et une douche séparée.

À l’étage supérieur, retirez-vous dans la salle familiale où vous trouverez un balcon, un canapé, une causeuse, une télévision 42 ', un lecteur DVD / magnétoscope, une buanderie, une salle de bain complète et trois autres zones de couchage. Les 3 chambres à l'étage sont meublées avec 4 lits jumeaux et 1 lit queen. Il y a un garage pour deux voitures avec beaucoup de rangement pour votre commodité.

L'emplacement est tout! Le club est à 3 minutes à pied de la porte d'entrée. Dans les environs immédiats, vous trouverez des terrains de golf, des restaurants gastronomiques, une épicerie, une station-service, un marché de fruits de mer et un magasin de boissons. À proximité, profitez du parcours de golf de championnat à Bear Trap Dunes.

Se rendre à la plage ne pourrait pas être plus facile! Prenez Fred Hudson Road, pas la route 26, et évitez le trafic.

Tous les clients qui choisissent d’utiliser les installations de loisirs de Bayside at Bethany Lakes sont tenus de payer des frais de 30 $ par personne et par semaine à la Recreation Association ou de 8 $ par personne et par jour pour les personnes de plus de 3 ans.

Memorial Day Weekend 2024

House was very nice and kitchen was stocked with everything needed for meal prep. Amenities within complex were nice option for family activities. Beach options were a short ride and town center had lots of food and shopping options. Would definitely stay again. Communication with host was always quick.

Lovely Villa. Had almost everything we needed. Close to Bethany Beach. Ocean City a bit far timewosedie to trafficOutdoor pool was large and clean. Rec center was nice. Loved having bikes to use and beach itemsCommunity was not. crowded or loud. Parking a couple of days was a challenge. Family oriented

This property is well maintained and well located. The host ,Colleen ,is a pleasure to deal with and is always available to answer any questions you may have. She goes the extra mile to make your stay an enjoyable one. I strongly recommend this property for your vacation especially if for a family. We stayed in this property for a bachelorette weekend with 9 women. It was in a great, quiet location with a grocery store down the road and a short trove to Bethany beach. There was plenty of parking and the garage was very convenient. The house met all our needs and was able to accommodate everyone. The only inconveniences we had to work around was having a dining table for only 5 people and using the extra mattress on the floor. There was coffee table seating in the living room just below the open kitchen dining table so it worked for us, but wasn’t perfect. The house was in very good condition and clearly well kept. We did use the rental linens and we did not have any issues with them, it was just inconvenient to have to make our own beds. The host was very nice and responsive to questions. Overall, everyone was satisfied with the house and I would stay here again.

Home Away from home-NY

It was such a pleasure working with Colleen and our booking was easy. The home was lovely, quiet place off the busy highway. We were impressed that the basic necessities were in the home like hand soaps as we always brought our own, the little things mattered. Great place for a pet too, neighbors had pets to which was great! The pool was quiet never crowded and the clubhouse staff was great!! Thank you for a beautiful vacation! Recommended eats was great too!!!

An Awesome Vacation Spot

We have been coming to Ocean City Maryland for several years now, but this is the first time we stayed at Bethany Beach. The property that we rented was very comfortable, and was fully stocked with any item you would need during your stay. Colleen, the host had everything laid out at our fingertips. Upon arrival. We absolutely loved the clubhouse amenities. When we were there, the indoor pool was almost like a private pool. We can’t thank Colleen enough for allowing us to stay at her beautiful home. We hope, if it is available to get the Same property next year. Thanks Mark.

"Villa" and "Resort Community" are a stretch and hidden costs

This 90s-style townhouse is a bit rundown, disorganized and lacks certain important features to be characterized as a "Villa." E.g., certain kitchen cabinets falling off hinges, toilet within main floor bedroom barely flushes, knob on dressers are not attached, the house sleep 10 but the only dining table seats just 4 persons, there is enough hot water for exactly 1 bath, there are basically no instructions on how to use anything in the house or what to do with trash as an off-season renter. There are also what could be considered hidden costs. "Linens" cost $144. Access to "resort community" amenities are at least an additional $210 for 6 people. Also, pool access was not even available even if you wanted to pay for it (which allegedly "never happened before"). No refund available if pool is not available "it's n the rental agreement". Owner will blame renter for broken toilet. Although, still unclear, it appears the owner expects renter to take trash bags with them home in their car because in the off-season there is no service to pick up the trash. Also, if you spill something on the kitchen floor the owner will say they could have kept your deposit just for that. Overall we liked the house because it was big but probably won't rent again because owner blamed us for broken toilet.

Thank you for the review, we obviously feel the need to address a few items: - We felt terrible that the clubhouse was not available, it truly hasn't ever happened before, because it is completely out of our control, we do list in our rental agreement that we can't guarantee access. - A full refund of the deposit WAS given because we felt bad about the clubhouse not being available, despite the house being left in poor condition and incurring extra cleaning costs. - From the rental agreement sent to you via Vrbo messages, "Trash should be collected, bagged and placed in the outdoor containers contained in the white fenced-in corral, visible from the garage." There is trash pick-up year-round, and an outdoor receptacle available at all times. - All fees are noted in the description, where it states that week-long rentals receive complimentary linens, we then give other renters the option of renting or bringing their own, if you paid for linens that means you chose that option. Amenity fees are also contained in the property description. - We have 5 kitchen table chairs, not 4, and 4 seats around the coffee table in the living room. We also have a high chair provided for those families that need it. - While the house is not brand new, we receive excellent reviews from those who choose to stay with us - our rental agreement gives comprehensive information on how to handle check-out along with other helpful hints. This review was written following a request for a refund on top of the already refunded security deposit 2 weeks following the stay and feels like a retaliation. We're sorry your trip was not all you hoped for, as is evident from our many other reviews, we do everything we can to make our renters and their groups happy and well-accommodated.

Bethany Delight

This property was everything you could want and more.The 4 bedrooms were located where everyone could have privacy and the living room and family room on separate floors allowed us to do our own things if desired. My wife and I were there with our daughter, son inlaw and 3 small children. The closeness of the pool and easy drive to the beaches was perfect. I recommend this home highly and hope to rent again in the future.

I want to go back!

This property is even better than the pics! It is so clean, nice and well -stocked. It’s not close to beach but the neighborhood is so nice and quiet and we loved using the gym and pool The house felt like home! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice digs but no view

Lovely and comfortable for all ages. "Ocean View" or "Bay Side" mislead since all the views are of more condos and pavement; there is no water view until you walk for 5 min. to the river/bay. Fairly short drive to the ocean. Owner seemed sweet and helpful.

The condo is located in Ocean View, DE and the community is "Bayside at Bethany Lakes" - because there are two Bethany Lakes communities and this one is 'bayside'. Glad the home was comfortable for your group, and that I could be of help during your stay!
