Ce condo est parfaitement situé pour les amateurs de plage et de navigation de plaisance, car il se trouve à moins de deux pâtés de maisons de Whitecap Beach et à quelques minutes de route de trois différentes rampes de mise à l'eau publiques (dont une à Packery Channel). Vous trouverez le parc de la rivière Schlitterbahn à seulement un kilomètre au nord et plusieurs excellents restaurants, notamment le Boathouse Bar and Grill, à quelques minutes de l'appartement. À environ 20 miles à l'intérieur des terres, vous pourrez visiter le musée Selena, le musée d'art du sud du Texas, l'USS Lexington et le musée de la science et de l'histoire du Corpus Christi si la pluie décidait de s'y installer.

The condo was very clean which was great. Overall good experience. The only things that need attention are the lights in the bunk bed room didn’t work but we only needed the bottom bunk for one night so no biggie. The lamps in the master worked but were finicky and flashed on and off when the switch was touched. It’d be nice to have a tv in the master but wasn’t a show stopper. Most important to us was the cleanliness and comfortable bed. Good place…would stay there again if needed.

Great stay at the beach!

We love this area of North Padre and have stayed at these condos multiple times. We love the pool and the close location. This was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. There were a few minor issues, but nothing major. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo. Check out at 10am seems a bit early; other places allow late checkout or set it a bit later. Otherwise very nice and good price!

Beach Club

Loved the area and how close we were to the beach and local shops. The only thing that was disappointing is not having access to the pool when it was a hot weekend. The pool was drained.

Cute condo near WhiteCap Beach

The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. Roomy and spacious! Bunk beds (with a trundle) were the feature that sold us so the kids can sleep in separate beds, haha! The beach is close enough for an evening or morning stroll, but if you’re packing to spend the day, it’s a very short drive onto the beach. Make sure to bring your own beach gear as none is available at the condo. There were however an abundance of beach and house towels!

Walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a short, easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the porch. Very convenient to restaurants and the pick up spot for our fishing trip. In unit laundry was nice for refreshing our beach towels during our stay.

The condo size and layout was great. It was nicely decorated. The king bed was a little too saggy. Lightbulbs were burned out in the master bathroom and living room, plus the night light and surface light on the microwave were burned out. The microwave and stovetop were a little dirty with bits of food particles; we cleaned them. The very loose doorknob on the balcony door was almost ready to fall off but my husband fixed it. One of the two deadbolts on the exterior door did not lock on the inside. The bathroom master bath tub was extremely slippery, so we had to use a towel to stand on so we wouldn't fall. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the both bathrooms but most were empty and one had falled off. It looked like some black mold or mildew was in one corner of the bath/shower side corner. The outdoor washing station listed as an amenity no longer works and has no hose or faucet, or place to turn it on. The closest gate lock to the pool is broken and blocked offl, but the gate around back of the pool was kept unlocked all the time, as well as the door to the exercise room, which was fine unless someone comes with little children, who might get hurt. The TV channels were okay, but didn't have the cable Fox news channel (but did have the digital Fox news channel), so none of the news evening shows. There are a total of about 20 steps to get to this second floor condo, so they might want to mention that in the listing, for older folks.

We love these condos, this particular one was very nice. Everything looked new, plenty of beds, good living room space, a nice kitchen and a balcony to enjoy coffee on. Definitely would rent again!

The condo was clean and updated. Fan in 2nd bedroom didn't work. Had plenty of bathroom towels. Appreciated the soaps and starter kit in the kitchen. The property grounds (grassy area) are covered in sticker burrs which makes in a major challenge to keep them off your pet's paws and your shoes. No matter how much you try to get them off, they would find a way into the condo every day. We stepped on them numerous times in the condo. The property complex ground keepers need to manage this better especially since the place is advertised as pet and family friendly.

Great Condo

This Condo was beautiful, the location, pool area are excellent, the beach is within walking distance which is perfect. Had a little trouble getting in but Joseph from Vacasa came to the rescue right away and helped us open the door. Will definitely stay here again.
