The property was exactly as described and has everything you could possible need! We loved everything about the cottage. Lots of thoughtful touches everywhere. The owners included regular sized bars of Dove soap, fresh smelling linens, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, good coffee, snacks and water, and my personal favorite - a large free built in ice maker! Would definitely stay there again!

Really nice house a couple blocks from the beach close to everything you need breakfast liquor store groceries good restaurants really nice long weekend. Do note that one of the bedrooms you have to go outside to get into. Not an issue for us, but if it was a parent with multiple kids or something like that, it could make hard decisions about who sleeps where.

The cottage was adorable and perfect for our family. The hosts had added so many amenities which enriched our stay. We spent most of the time in the pool and enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent location to the beach with thoughtful beach accessories was wonderful! Additionally having a pool with pool towels & pool floats was appreciated. Host were responsive when there was an issue with TV in one bedroom. The kids really enjoyed biking around the neighborhood especially to get some ice cream at the shops near the beach! We had a pleasant enjoyable time despite the weather! Would book here again.

Cute, comfortable and well appointed cottage- property is in top notch condition and there’s everything you need for perfect beach vacation! In quiet neighborhood yet you are right around corner from shops, restaurants, multiple points of beach access (you can choose the busier south beach by pier or quieter back river/fisherman wharf area). Host includes chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon- all in great condition. Bikes were fun to have- could zip around and explore up to north area/lighthouse easily. Pool was perfect and back patio with eating area, grill really nice. Beds comfortable. We also drove into Savannah for the day and evening a couple times.

The house itself is really pretty. The area is great, you are very close to the main strip of the island, and a short walk to the beach. Some cool history of the house, too. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

This property is in a perfect location to the beach and “tourist” attractions. Everything is within walking distance. From the moment of entering this home, you will feel the “love” the owner has put into the property. The owner is readily available if there is a question. I did not realize that one of the queen size bedrooms was actually outside of the house so in order to enter the house you would have to go through the back door. The pool was clean and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you would need for a week long vacation. The sheets and towels were clean and the bathrooms were also clean. I highly recommend this property for a Tybee vacation getaway.
