Perfect get away spot.

This is a charming quiet property perfect for two couples with its 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, so no one has to share. Very clean, up dated cottage right on the edge of town with all you need for a trip away. Loved sitting on the covered porch listening to birds with my morning coffee. The host supplied a Keurig with coffee pods, creamer and sweeteners, so helpful. Close to all the attractions; hiking, parkway, NC Arboretum, Biltmore and downtown Asheville area. Definitely recommend! The online pictures don’t do it justice.

Lovely little cottage

Lovely cottage conveniently located. I spent 5 nights at this gem, and it was great for sightseeing. Perfect for 2 individuals or 2 couples.

Excellent spot in the mountains

My friends and I had a great stay at the house in November. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The yard is great, better than the photos, and we had a great view of the sunset. We were close to downtown, but also had some space to unwind outside of all the action. The booking, check-in process, and communication with the host was very smooth. Overall a great stay!

Well thought out VRBO

The property was tidy and well organized. Nice touches included a Keurig with coffee pods, a hair dryer, dispensers - with soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, fluffy towels and laundry facilities. Nice front porch and yard. Convenient to the Bitmore House, downtown Ashville and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is amazingly convenient to get to anything you want to do in Asheville. Quiet and close to the interstates. Clean and comfortable with everything you need at your fingertips. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Host

The home was very clean, and the host provided excellent amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, with nice dishes, cookware, etc., not the usual mis-matched, worn out stuff you often find elsewhere. We had a small issue at check-in with a faulty lock, which was taken care of quickly, and the host sent gifts to apologize. Would highly recommend this property

Quiet Home away from home

This is a beautiful and peaceful place. No noise. Perfect getaway if you just want to relax and get away from all the distractions of life. We truly enjoyed ourselves so much that we want to come back to this exact places every time we visit Asheville NC.

Place was extremely neat, in a secluded area and not far at all away from downtown. Only had 3 guest but was plenty of room for all of us!! Greatly enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and clean. Close to everything. Well stocked except for a ladle and I bought one and left it. Quiet. Lots of extras.....Keurig with coffee and sweeteners. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect for a Fun Weekend in Asheville!

A few friends and I stayed here over a long weekend trip to Asheville. It was a perfect blend of close to downtown, clean, cozy, and great price! The house was very warm and inviting, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. We will definitely be looking to see if this place is available again next time we're in town!

Great home in Asheville!

Our friends and I enjoyed our stay in Brent’s home. We stayed for four nights and the House was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It was clean and we were surprised how comfortable the beds were. He provided all the supplies you’d need for a stay and we did not need to purchase anything else. The porch was a nice touch and especially with nice weather, we enjoyed our time outdoors. It was also easy to take an Uber into downtown (10-15 mins ride) and it was reasonably priced. We look forward to staying at his home again when we return to Asheville.

Cute house, great location!

We would definitely stay here again. The house was decorated simply, very clean, and furnished with everything you'd expect to need on a long weekend away. AC worked great, even by my husband's icy standards. The house sits on a large tree-shaded lot that was cozy and quiet. The photos don't do it justice, but the back porch was wonderful, and we spent most mornings and evenings relaxing outside. The property feels rural, but it was still very close to Asheville with Biltmore just 10 minutes away.

Perfect Getaway!

This property is well-maintained and very clean. Though it is in a rural area, it is close to everything and Uber accessible. Beds were extremely comfortable and the wifi signal consistent/strong. Brent provided thoughtful touches throughout that made it special. We enjoyed staying here and plan to return for future visits!
