Des vues à couper le souffle par toutes les fenêtres de cette maison d'hôtes tranquille et confortable d'une chambre. Une promenade de 50 mètres et vous êtes assis sur notre plage "secrète" ou restez sur le pont et profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil et une vue sur l'historique Newburyport pendant que vous sirotez votre boisson de choix. Faites un petit tour sur l'un des tricycles de plage jusqu'à la grande plage ou roulez pendant des kilomètres sur le National Wildlife Refuge qui attire des ornithologues amateurs du monde entier. Notre maison d'hôtes est entièrement meublée et soigneusement aménagée. Un lit queen dans la chambre et un lit double dans le salon permettent à 3 personnes de dormir confortablement. Une télévision connectée à écran plat, WiFi, AC / Heat et tous les draps fournis. Parking pour 2 voitures et une entrée séparée et intimité - un endroit idéal pour s'échapper!

Million Dollar View

This cozy guest house was everything I had hoped for and then some .... lovely accommodations, beautiful view, and a few steps from the beach. The owners were helpful and really did think of everything. I can't wait to return.

Heaven!

Our stay was incredible! The location is quiet, on a dead-end road. It was amazing catching incredible sunsets every night, and enjoying sitting on the deck overlooking the water which is only steps away to a private beach. The owners were wonderful with communications, and saw to it our every needs were met. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Little Guest House

This property is the true definition of "good things come in small packages." This little space was well appointed and had everything we needed. The owner provides the basics, above and beyond what you might normally find in a "home rental" (blow dryer, extra toothbrushes, k cups, etc) and the information provided pre check-in is comprehensive. It is obvious the owner takes great care in the details and it shows. Great location, great space, great views. Attached to the owner's home but does not sacrifice privacy in any way. Would definitely return and would recommend to any individual or couple that is looking for a charming and clean accommodation on Plum Island. Great experience all around!

Lovely space as advertised, thought of absolutely everything including ample coffee, spare toothbrushes, razors, etc, secluded beach, responsive and kind host, just incredible experience and very very highly recommended, even if at the expense of revealing this hidden gem!

Five stars in all categories says it all. The surrounding water views were a delight. The unit was handsome and extremely efficient. All furnishings and provisions were of high quality. The owners thought of everything and there was no need unwanted. It was a gem as identified.

A little slice of heaven! A perfect location to get away from it all yet be close to everything!

I booked this as a weekend getaway with 2 of my BFF’s. Our expectations of the property and the location were not very high, so when we arrived and found this perfect little gem tucked away at the end of the island we were more than thrilled. We were greeted by the host, who had been very responsive throughout the booking process, and we’re given a brief overview of the property and the amenities. Although the place was a bit small for 3 women and all the stuff we think we need to have for a 4 day getaway, the charm of the property and the location far outweighed the inconvenience of the small space. The owners have done a beautiful job on the construction and decor of the property and have paid attention to every detail right down to the towel warmer in the bathroom and the linen sheets on the beds. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck and having our coffee and cocktails while overlooking the water. It was an easy ride into Newburyport where we enjoyed going out to dinner, shopping, and nightlife. All in all, a great property that I would love to return to at some point in time, and would highly recommend to a friend! Just keep in mind that it is small, and not really setup for major cooking, but hey...you’re on vacation and there are a million great restaurants to try, so enjoy them!
