Very nice condo! Mr Eric has everything except adult floats kids sand toys and plenty of beach chairs. Views are awesome, comfy beds, clean, smells nice, quieter than expected. Feels more like being at home instead of a stale hotel. We will be back, as soon as he has an opening.

This property is just beautiful! We loved sitting out on the balcony in the comfortable Adirondack chairs watching the waves roll in and enjoying the sunrise and sunset views! The two king rooms were perfect for the 2 couples that were there, with plenty of room to unpack and plenty of privacy. We especially enjoyed the newly remaster bath with giant double head shower and separate tub. Everything was well stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen was a dream with everything you need to prepare your meals, including keurig and traditional coffee maker. There was even a washer / dryer and dishwasher to make your stay even easier. We especially enjoyed having beach chairs, toys and umbrella which were kept in laundry room, saving us money on rentals. Eric was very kind and helpful during our entire stay. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Our host was terrific, the food no was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.This is the second time I've booked at the Lighthouse Condos and I love it. So close to the eateries.

Amazing unit, can see sunset and sunrise perfectly every day. Eric, owner, was super responsive and helpful to the minor things that came up. Unit is well stocked with all essentials including beach chairs and umbrella. Wonderful stay! Highly Recommend.

Great Family location

Property was very clean and beautiful. Loved the 2 pools and the multiple beach accesses. Only “complaint” is the gym has no weights. We would absolutely stay here again!

We love staying at the lighthouse and this condo was amazing. Erik was a great host with great communication. The condo was as gorgeous as it was in the pictures. It was very clean and the view was great. It definitely seemed more private being on the 18th floor. We have already booked this place again.

Immaculate condo. The view from the 18th floor was spectacular! Lots of extras were provided like beach chairs, umbrella, and water toys. Over the years we have stayed in several condos at the Lighthouse but this was by far my favorite!

Perfect home away from home

We had the best week. Condo was even better than listed - Erik was quick to respond - view is amazing on the 18th floor - we love the Lighthouse , we won’t stay anywhere else - close to everything !

This place was absolutely perfect!! The condo had some awesome, personalized touches! From the decor to the double head walk in shower!! The location couldnt have been any better for us!! Id definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful

We loved the condo and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the extra bunk room for our kids. One of the elevators were out most of the week we stayed and elevators were still pretty fast. Would stay here again!

Best condo we've stayed at

This was our fifth time staying in Gulf Shores, and Lighthouse 1812 is the best unit we've stayed in. Spacious, clean, and great decor. The views are incredible (love the floor to ceiling windows at the Lighthouse), the beach was not too crowded (we stayed in August), and it is within walking distance to Sea 'n' Suds. The kitchen is well-stocked too. We would stay here again without hesitation.
