Situé sur la plage privée la plus vierge de toute la communauté de Rocky Point. Si vous préférez naviguer à la pagaie, faire de la plongée avec tuba, regarder la plage, ou regarder le lever du soleil ou depuis votre balcon privé, vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Communauté fermée avec sécurité 24/7, à seulement 20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Rocky Point. Toutes les commodités ,, A / C, WiFi, câble T. V., draps, serviettes, vaisselle, couverts.
Nous vivons sur la propriété et ferons en sorte que nous soyons là lorsque vous arriverez pour vous accueillir
La casita a son propre accès à la plage, vous êtes donc totalement privé

Loved the beach view from both the upper patio, and the lower patio - toes in the sand! Hosts were very nice and social but respected our privacy.

Relaxing Beach Vaca

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the beach. The casita had everything you need including access to the beach for a few days of fun in the sun. Location is quiet and not too far from town when you desire a little interaction with the local community.

Great Cassita by the sea!

Wonderful little place right on the beach! Dolphins, pelicans and lots of sea shells! Great beach walks with the changing tides too.

Great place

Casita by the sea is a nice little gem tucked away beach front in playa Encanto. The owners are on site and will help you with anything you need. They also have a great restaurant for breakfast and lunch, i highly recommend. You will love the beach and the kick back vibe.

Lovely Casita

This was our second stay at Maria's place. We and our pup Phoebe thoroughly enjoyed walking the almost deserted beach, relaxing under the palapas, catching up on our reading and preparing some simple meals.

Awesome!

This property is fantastic! Great location just outside of the busy town on an absolutely beautiful beach. The property owners are super nice and very helpful. Excellent accommodation with plenty of room for two with a very nice patio for sitting out and watching a sunrise or sunset. Highly recommend the Casita by the Sea - we would definitely stay here again!

Definitely Going Back ASAP

Adorable little rental on an amazingly beautiful and natural beach. The whole family welcomed us with open arms and we really felt like we were just visiting old friends while we were there. Being able to just walk out of the casita onto our own patio and just two steps down to the very private beach was luxurious. Definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

Wonderful!

I've been going to Rocky point for over 50 years. Playa encanto is the best beach there for me. Casino by the sea is a cute little place reasonably priced. The host is wonderful and the view out the windows and on the back. Patios is marvelous 10 steps from inside to the beach. I love this place

Perfect location And beautiful beach

We have been visiting Puerto Penasco for many years. This is the best beach yet with no rocks!! Maria is a very warm and charming person, the place was very clean and bed is very comfortable.
