Cette maison de 3741 pieds carrés est l'endroit idéal pour toute la famille avec un emplacement isolé. Il dispose de 5 chambres, deux espaces de vie, une cuisine et une salle de jeux de 700 pieds carrés. La salle de jeux comprend une table de billard, une table de ping-pong et des fléchettes. La maison est décorée de manière impressionnante avec un d��cor occidental, sans parler d'une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon principal avec une magnifique chemin��e. Détendez-vous sur le pont avant en admirant la vue magnifique ou le deuxième patio avec bar et bain à remous extérieur privé. Incroyable chute d'eau salue alors que vous vous dirigez vers le bain à remous! Sirotez un café et profitez de la prairie tout en étant assis à l'étang privé. Soyez prêt à voir une faune abondante, y compris des chevaux sauvages! Un garage est également disponible pour les clients. Cette propriété ne dispose pas de la climatisation.

La cabine comprend la télévision par câble ou satellite, une cafetière ou une tasse K, des ustensiles de cuisine, un barbecue au gaz naturel, une laveuse et une sécheuse, des serviettes et des draps pour les clients ainsi que le chauffage pour l'hiver. Nous encourageons les clients à se préparer en ayant accès aux chaînes et / ou aux 4 roues motrices pendant les mois d'hiver. Le bois de chauffage n'est pas fourni pour le foyer.

The house and property grounds were beautiful. If you like quiet with no people around, this is the place for you. It was perfect. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The game room was an added bonus with a pool table! This is definitely a place that we will stay at again.

The house and location were beautiful. The maintenance people were very responsive. We had problems with heating when we arrived. The heater was not on due to an error code, and after maintenance arrived it took a very long time to get warm. The internet was also out for several days and maintenance was not able to fix.

Falling Water Retreat is a beautiful property.

The home was clean, beautiful, and exactly as advertised. My family had a wonderful stay! The kids especially loved the hot tub and game room. The large lot also meant that we had plenty of privacy. We would definitely book this home again.

Amazing property and a great experience

Our trip here was exactly what we wanted and needed. The property is beautiful and very clean. They had everything we needed and it was just amazing. It was able to hold all 11 of us comfortably. We were able to watch all of the animals and relax. I will definitely be coming back! It was great for my family!

Good House

Overall great property. Clean and as described but Do not get there to check in early by an house because you will pay $75 to get in or sit outside. Trash you have to travel 4 miles to dump it so make sure you have room for it to haul off.

Birthday getaway

The house and location were great. However we had alot of issues with all the TVs. Nothing was wired correctly and almost none of the applications worked. All the different types of tv options didn't work. The house didn't seem to be dusted and i could see dust on the fans. There was trash right inside the window but on the other side of the blinds. The game room had some issues with the pool sticks not being the best and the air hockey table scoring didn't work. Overall not a bad stay but friendly some headaches.

Beautiful!!

The home is beautiful as listed. Except there were DO NOT DO notes every where. There was a sign in the kitchen that the stated KITCHEN FOR DISPLAY ONLY. So we didn’t use it at all. I text the manager as we had been texting back and forth asking what did they mean by that. Never did they responded. We rent through VRBO the entire summer and have stayed in many homes. Beautiful homes at that and have never had this situation. They usually leave a welcome basket or other welcome gift and make yourself at home. This is a beautiful home and great location but I will never stay here again. Thank you!!

Great location and house

We stayed 6/26-7/2, loved the location, enjoyed seeing elk and deer. Property listing says they have a game room in basement, but has been converted to kids sleeping area. Did not find game room and nothing in property book to tell you about it if it was now in one of the out buildings. Needed more clothes hangers in closets. Could have had large trash bags also. On the larger scale, the location was great and the house fit for our family. We had 6 adults and 3 kids. You just needed to buy some things that I feel you should not need to.

Relaxing Vacay!

Great place to relax & unwind! House was very spacious for 8 ppl. Porch was an awesome place to relax & see the deers. I loved sitting on the porch watching the sunrise with coffee. Location is great to be away from the busyness but also is a short drive to shopping & enjoying Ruidoso. Will hopefully be back soon! Thank you!

Perfect Family Time

The 4 of us stayed and it was exactly what we thought it would be! Beautiful place with Elk roaming the property, the house was clean and spacious and the location was convenient. Only downfall was there being no A/C, as it got a little warm even with windows open and fans on. I give It 5 stars! Property managers are very easy to work with and answer questions quickly. We will come back!
