What a wonderful family friendly home. Very comfortable and close to the beach. Denise is a warm and generous host who made us feel like family and provided so many great tips about the area. We loved our stay with family and the kids loved the pool, slide and hot tub.

Yes. The house was perfect for the family. The host had stocked up the kitchen and fresh flowers. Very welcoming. This house was spacious and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub was so inviting.

We had an outstanding family vacation at Denise’s beach home. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly and Denise was a wonderful communicator throughout. She even stocked the cupboard with some snacks for the kids and fresh flowers for our stay—very thoughtful touches. The pool and hot tub were spectacular for our four kids aged 3-8yrs and the home’s proximity made it easy to get to the beach, shops, and other areas like Disney and Newport. We will most definitely make it back to enjoy Denise’s SoCal beach home.

Fabulous pool/slide/hot tub whole family enjoyed. 2 spacious living areas for whole family to spread out. Location very close to Huntington Beach downtown. Owner gave fabulous local restaurants - couldn't have been more gracious.

The pool and hot tub are absolutely fantastic. We couldn't get the kids out! The outdoor area is a fun place to hang out. The grill was new and we grilled a few nights just to hang out by the pool. The house was great, too. It's an older house, so some things need a little updating, but it works well. We had 5 adults and 3 kids ages 8-12 and everyone had their own space with space to spare. There's a whole big living room that we didn't even use. The owner, Denise, is super responsive and helpful with things to do in the area. She made us feel so welcome. We got to the beach every day- a 5 minute drive. The area is fantastic. You could stay in Huntington Beach the whole time and find lots to do, but other beach communities, as well as LA, are close by. We had a great time in this house and hope to be back again!

Excellent Stay!!

Cannot speak highly enough about the property and the owner!! It's the most well stocked VRBO I've stayed at to date!! She thinks of everything!! The location is perfect for beach access and downtown HB activities!! Cannot wait to re-book!!

Four Families

An amazing overall experience with the property and property manager. We had plenty of space to spread out and the house had everything we needed and more. Check in and check out and communication throughout our stay was on point. We had a clogged toilet and an issue with the BBQ grill and we were absolutely impressed with the responsiveness and resolution. A

Making family memories

We were a large group, 13, with a varying age group of children 3-12. Everyone had a great time, plenty of places to sit and relax and plenty of space for sleeping. Denise is a very nice, accommodating, helpful host. I highly recommend this house if you have a large group.

Beautiful house and pool

Beautiful house with a great pool. We were visiting the area for a college graduation and wanted to make it a memorable trip as well. We did and had a wonderful time taking in the local attractions and getting some beach time. Thoroughly enjoyed the house and the pool. Our host, Denise, was gracious and extremely helpful with frequent messages regarding places to eat and things to do. The younger kids loved the pool and cooking pancakes each morning on the griddle.

Best hosts ever!!! They went above and beyond to make us feel more at home - stocking the pantry for us, fresh fruit basket, fresh flowers, treats for the grandbabies 
 Daily updates with fun happenings in the area, the best eateries (they were right), and asking if we needed anything at all, and if we did, presto! Our family of 8 adults plus 3 under 3 had ample room and loved most to hang out at the gorgeous pool and use the bbq. So much fun!! Kitchen is fully equipped, with extras like hot plate, blender, crock pot etc. Everything you need. Plenty of beach/pool toys, towels etc. Close to beach, a short drive to Disney. I know if you need anything at all Denise is there in a flash. The whole family looks forward to returning! Thank you, Denise & Homa for opening your home to us!!

The perfect family vacation spot

Denise and her husband went above and beyond to make sure our family Christmas trip was perfect. They treated us like family and were so helpful when our trip had any hiccups. The house is perfect for large groups, especially families with kids. The pool is beautiful and my kids were so excited to have a water slide in the backyard. My family and I will absolutely be coming back.

Family

The property was exactly what we needed, lots of space for everyone. We were pleasantly surprised with the fresh fruit & assortment of snacks the hosts provided. Location is great close to grocery stores, restaurants, & the beach. Disney land was about 40 minutes away, but an easy drive. We were a little disappointed that the water features in the pool & hot tub couldn’t run at the same time, and for our group all of the shower heads were extremely low.

Family stay

Dennise was very accommodating through some hiccups we had with amount of people. Stay was super fun and they kept in touch often. Pool was great!!! Ocean was close by and all was wonderful

Great Home!

We stayed here for 5 nights on our family vacation to Disneyland. We are a family of 16 and the house was perfect for us. The pool is amazing and we spent lots of time enjoying. The owner, Denise, was beyond helpful. She recommended great places to eat, sent us info about community events, etc. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing pool

Fantastic pool. My kids and their significant others utilized the slide much more than I would have anticipated. Hot tub was also excellent. Owner/manager was very hands on, which was ideal. Minor issue, and she was right on top of it. For us, excellent location in Huntington Beach. Far enough to be away from hectic traffic yet close enough to get to downtown and PCH without any hassle. Would easily recommend to others.

Family Holiday Get Together!

Perfect place for us to have our yearly family reunion! Easily held our three families-ages 5 months through 12 years. Six adults and five kids. Heated pool and hot tub a plus! Great location and a very attentive hostess! Highly recommend this house!

Truly Amazing

Denise the home owner met us with individualized gifts from her company. she was over the top attentive to details and made each of us feel extremely welcome in her home. The Pool was the focus for the kids and did not disappoint. there was plenty of space inside and out to stretch out and relax and not be on top of each other. location was great. Close enough to the beach but not too close so you felt like an oaisis for relaxing. Definitely on our return list of homes. Thanks Denise for EVERYTHING!!!!! Margaret
