60m² duplex perfectly located in front of the beach, between Cannes and Mandelieu La Napoule with a roof top and a stunning seaview.

L'appartement est idéalement situé en face de la mer et d'une plage de sable. Situé au dernier étage, la vue est magnifique et vous pourrez profiter du soleil du matin au soir.
L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse (table pour déjeuner/dîner) et d'un rooftop pour vous reposer et bronzer!

The apartment is well located in front of a sandy beach, between Cannes and Mandelieu La Napoule.
There is only 10 meters between our residence and the sand of the beach !

You'll find snacks directly on the beach and 2 delicious beach restaurant directly in the sand, 50 meters on the right of our residence !
Mandelieu La Napoule casino is located 10 min walk along the see.

However we recommend you to rent a car to have easier access to Cannes city center.

We are renting a 650 ft² / 60m² duplex perfectly located in front of the beach, with :
- a seaview leaving room
- a balcony where you will be able to have lunch in front of the sea
- at midlevel, the bathroom
- the 2 persons private bedroom, with view on the golf behind the residence
- an alcove with a small double bed
- the roof terrace at the top to rest or take a drink in front of the beach!

You will find all needed amenities:
- Washing machine
- TV
- Wifi
- Nespresso coffee
- Microweave
- etc.

We could following specific request handle late arrivals and early departures.

Should anything go wrong, you will have my phone number so I can solve any emergency that might arise.

Feel free to contact me and I will respond as quickly as possible. (always less than 2 hours during the day... A little bit more if I'm sleeping:)). I keep the calendar of reservations up to date, so if it is indicated as free for this period, it surely is.

Please note that you should give us the apartment cleaned after your stay.
