Cette charmante et spacieuse maison individuelle de deux chambres à coucher sur deux étages offre une cuisine complÚte et une salle de bain avec de nombreux équipements. La cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre, micro-ondes et Keurig. Nous avons également le wifi haut débit et la télévision par cùble Xfinity. Il est situé dans le centre d'Albuquerque et la plus grande partie de la ville est accessible en dix minutes en voiture. Communauté calme à distance de marche de certains restaurants.

A good stay

Outstanding location in the middle of everything. Good communication with the owner, easy check-in process. An improvement area could be : Mini-split units struggled to keep the house warm. But, the owner was very flexible and supportive. Overall it was a good stay.

really is a cozy nook

this was exactly as described - we were only in town to visit friends who live a few miles from here so i can't really comment on location but the property was spotless and they even left us coffee and snacks - I am a sucker for microwave popcorn and there was plenty of it! if you need to work from here internet was a but spotty for zoom but normal web work was great.

It was ok
too many surprises. Bed was comfortable. I slept well. The day bed was a good reading, playing the guitar spot. The kuerig was a nice surprise. Plenty of kcups and creamers. The AC was awful, did not cool well, dropped water on the floor, was extremely loud. The dining table was not functional in that it looked good, but not enough space to actually sit at the table. No outlets in the bedroom. Tv was ok, once I figured it out. Better instructions overall needed. Was not sold as a duplex, so people showing up walking into the backyard was concerning. Overall I made it work and had a good visit with family.

Lovely Neighborhood property

I love the Bel-Air neighborhood. Quiet and great for early morning walks. This property can really only accommodate a maximum of 3 adults. The cot is on a shoddy rolling frame. The swamp cooler was only working at full blast or all the way off which was not ideal. Otherwise, it was just fine for my brief stay.

Nice stay but poor management

We enjoyed our short stay in NM. The house was clean, well stocked, and enjoyable. The washing machine does have mold in the door which was a little unsettling. You could smell it as soon as you open the door. But other than that the place was very clean and well supplied. The lack of organization on the stay is what bothered me most. I was told two days before arrival I was to pay a $300 fee which was not included in the quote I was given on VRBO. (They said it was in the underlined signed contract) In my opinion ALL fees should be included in your quote. Had I had known about this fee (even though refundable) I would not have booked seeing as how our stay was merely 2 days. I would have simply found another place. We also did not receive any check in information until a few hours before arrival. Seeing as how we are driving 9 hours from home this was extremely unsettling. We travel often and book often through VRBO. This is the first encounter I have had where they refuse to send you the check in information at least a week prior to your stay. No one wants to have to message the owner to have to request check in information or any information for that matter. I reached out via message twice and phone call once because we were at 3 days before departure and still had yet to be contacted by the property manager not once since booking. (We booked over 2 months in advance) Again, in this situation that is very unsettling. I am one who likes to be planned and organized and know that I have all my ducks in line at least 4-5 days before departure. When booking a stay you should be contacted shortly after booking and they typically check in and send information a week prior to your stay. This is the organized method I appreciate. Not having to reach out myself to receive any form of contact.

Great stay for roadtrip!

The location of this house can’t be beat—the neighborhood is older, but the house is clean and safe. Upon entering the home, we could smell the cleaner/disinfectant, which was a great reassurance during the pandemic. The floorboards squeak (as with any older home), but weren’t loud enough to wake our children. Beds were very comfortable! The available snacks, coffee, and creamer were a nice touch. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful owners!

They went above and beyond to help us when their WiFi failed. Great folks! Squeaky floors, a way overpowered swamp cooler on the roof, and a weird step-up around the bed were not so great. Convenient location for us.

Nice little house. Perfect size for couple plus one child. Grateful for the little snacks & oatmeal packets since at the end of our trip, we were out. Ceiling fan in second bedroom needs to be cleaned. AC fan is very loud & blows hard-directly at couch. Nice amenities provided & comfortable linens

Nice cottage

Spacious, economical, with good privacy and the benefits of a small apartment with appliances. Anyone staying here needs to be able to manage stairs.
