Lakeside Dreams at River Rocks Plantation

Obsession at River Rocks Plantation is a two bed two bath single level cottage with beautiful lake views.
This cottage is primarily for hosting guests.
With access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Rear entrance parking for two vehicles. Additional parking, boat parking, public slip and doc directly across the street at Bucky Howe Park

Pool closes at 10 p.m., which is considered " Quiet Time" for the community, so please keep noise level at a minimum during these hours.
Fire pit closes at 12 a.m.

All guests 5 years and older must wear blue River Rocks Plantation bands while at pool and return to bin at check-out

Trash is collected on Thursday, if you will please put trash can at street on Wednesday evening.

Some cottages use a "key code" locking system, these mechanisms will only operate the deadbolt lock on door, if manually locked from inside you will be locked from outside.

Two vehicles max in drive way, no parking on grass or blocking street including boats and trailers, additional parking available directly across the street

River Rocks Plantation has community features that include gas fire pit, community pool, and more amenities to come! Convenient drive or boat ride to Wintzell's and Top O' the River.
