Le rez-de-chaussée à aire ouverte comprend une cuisine, une salle à manger, une grande salle et une grande véranda couverte avec grill. La table de la salle à manger pourra accueillir confortablement 8 personnes plus 4 sur le grand îlot de cuisine.

Le salon dispose de grandes portes coulissantes lanai qui se cachent dans le mur afin que la véranda extérieure et le salon se fondent dans un espace ouvert. Écoutez les doux oiseaux hawaïens et ressentez la brise tropicale tout en vous détendant après une longue journée de divertissement au soleil! La grande salle est idéale pour se détendre, jouer à des jeux, écouter de la musique sur le bar, regarder le match ou se détendre avec un film de notre NETFLIX ou Apple TV gratuit.

Séjourner à KaMilo vous donne un accès complet à son centre de loisirs avec son équipement de fitness, ses multiples bains à remous et sa piscine pour la nage en longueur, sa piscine de forme libre et sa piscine pour enfants.

Wonderful house with water station, plentiful pool toys, and access to Moana Beach club, Hilton pool and the neighborhood pool and gym. The house has great kitchenware and plenty of spices. The house admin was easy to communicate with and provided clear information for check in and out. Our family of 4 really enjoyed the house and would love to stay here again!

Great family vacation

The house was wonderful. The location to the beach was awesome! We were able to bike ride to the beach club and the petrogyphs. Owners were quick to respond to the question that I did have. Everyone was over 21 and the proximity to good restraunt and stores, as well as beaches worked out perfectly!

Best place we've stayed.

This is honestly the best vacation rental we've rented. It was completely stocked with every beach and kitchen item we needed and then some. The location was beautiful, suggestions in the guest book of things to see were wonderful, and they even provided a discount card for the grocery store. Everything was clean and well thought out. I would stay here again anytime. There were 7 of us, and it was perfect.

Very Nice Home

The photos are very accurate which doesn't always happen. It was very clean, spacious, had everything you needed for cooking and it was a great location for all the beaches, restaurants and the grocery store. The back patio was very welcoming and beautiful. There were a ton of beach accessories including chairs, coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, bikes, etc. The property manager was very easy to contact and they always replied quickly. I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Mauna Lani Resort

We enjoyed our stay in the Mauna Lani resort. Great amenities with pool and beach club access, as well as great beach gear and bikes with helmets. We had some challenges with confirmation of booking and were disappointed to find a few things in need of repair upon our arrival (e.g. broken fridge, shower door in master bath). We were grateful for a replacement fridge, but had not been notified that the larger fridge as pictured in the listing was out of order until our arrival. We received multiple calls and messages prior our arrival inquiring about our arrival and departure times, this would have been a great opportunity to inform us of any issues with the property. Those things aside it was a great property and good set up for our family of five.

Great house

This house looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean, spacious, had everything you needed for cooking and it was a great location for all the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Lovely, peaceful and well-equipped

This is a lovely and peaceful property that is also conveniently located next to the neighborhood gate, shops a 10 minute walk away and several lovely small beaches. The appliances and cookware are top- notch. The management office was friendly and quick to respond. The only flaw is the master bath room shower door and shower. Both could be replaced to match the high quality of all other fixtures. We used and enjoyed the beach chairs, hoodie boards etc in the garage. One beach umbrella could be replaced. We had a wonderful stay and will return!

Perfect place for a Big Island stay!

We loved the house. It was very nicely furnished and stocked with cook ware, beach towels and other items we needed like bikes and snorkels for the whole family. We were so happy with our stay and will most certainly return. We had 3 adults and 2 kids. Also the location was perfect! The residence pool/ gym is great and the beach club is fantastic.

Beautifully furnished and maintained garden condo

This complex and this unit were both lovely and well-located in Waikoloa. The furnishings were comfortable and high quality; it was very well-appointed and had attractive artwork too. The recreation equipment including chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrellas etc provided was new(er) and enjoyed by our family. Management was accessible and responsive to questions and our requests when they came up. The only improvement to our experience at this condo would have been an ocean view and greater proximity to the beach.

Great vacation!

We were scheduled to stay at the condo Friday through Sunday but were alerted to a possible hurricane. We wanted to check out on Saturday evening and the property management was kind enough to allow us to check in early. Very appreciative for the extra time we had to spend in the sun prior to the anticipated storm. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and lots of room for our teenagers to have a little privacy. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Vacation

This was our first experience with an Vrbo and will not be our last, specially at this home on Big Island. From my first to last contact with the owners they made everything go smooth . The home was well stocked with all they promised as well the garage was filled with beach items for our use. Location was perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping and dining. Family of adults on vacation

The house is fairly new and in very good condition, well designed and well maintained. It is also centrally located with access to many Mauna Lani resort amenities. Bicycles, snorkel gear, beach towels, chairs and cooler, access to community pool and gym. This has been one of our better experiences renting houses. Top property, 5 stars.

Enjoyable

We really enjoyed the property. The main problem we had was we got a place with two showers so the family could get ready separately at the same time but the hot water would only go to one shower and the other would be freezing cold. :(
