This property is well maintained, stocked, clean and very comfortable. Parking is a nightmare. Centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood. Was very spacious beds were amazing.

Perfect Stay for Girls Getaway

Our party of 6 had a wonderful stay. Property was spacious, clean and cozy. Great location! We loved how the property was near to all the major attractions but far enough to get away from the crowds to enjoy some peace and quiet. Would definitely stay here again when back in Seattle!

Great amenities

We loved this property. It was a short walk to a scenic park and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to downtown attractions. We did not have kids with us on this trip but it was set up with toys, books, and a high chair. The large dining room table was perfect for our group, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, and there was no shortage of necessities. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the master suite was private with its own living area. We would stay there again.

Great property for big family

Great location and close to many points of interest for my extended family’s holiday visit to Seattle area. Nice large dining table and plenty of kitchen supplies, comfortable beds. We were very comfortable in the house and enjoyed family time and visiting the coffee shop up the block. The living room couch is in need of a cleaning. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Great walking/ running neighborhood with decent restaurants and close to parks. The house is very plain. Comfy beds and a decent kitchen for cooking. Living room reminded me of an old college house, but it met our needs very well for 2 nights. Four of us so plenty of space (2 brothers with 2 twenty something children).

Great place for a family!

This is a great house for a family visiting Seattle! We had lots of room to spread out. All the bedrooms were large enough. There is no usable backyard, however there is a deck off the kitchen.The host was very responsive with questions. Great neighborhood!!

The home was clean and spacious. We were located in a safe and walkable community. We were steps away from a coffee shop, restaurants, a grocery store and other retail comveniences. The home was 30 minutes away from the airport and was approximately 15 minutes away from downtown Seattle.

Plenty of room

This was a very nice house , plenty of rooms as it is 3 story’s with a bathroom on every story. All the sleeping and hangout space needed for a big group or multi family group if it were needed. My group didn’t even touch two of the bedrooms. Fire alarm did go off early one morning (6:30am) with no explanation while we were trying to sleep but stopped after awhile so not sure what that was about but overall good stay !

This is a great location in Capital Hill! The five bedrooms fit our family very well. This home has everything you need. The proximity to downtown is fantastic! Nearby parks are lovely and there is a coffee shop super close. Food and bars are also walking distance.

wonderful home in nice neighborhood!!

Really enjoyed this home. The layout is perfect to spread out family members. Everyone loved the rainforest showers and the comfortable beds. Easy access to a variety of places in Seattle. Neighborhood had a nice park for the kids, close to Bruce Lee burial site (which they loved) and you felt safe. Instructions on everything in the home were easy to follow. We would stay there again!

Location

The location is amazing. Easy access to all the areas we needed to visit. You are near Broadway, Downtown Seattle and U-Villiage. Easy access to I5, I90, and 520(toll). Uber/Lyft are easily accessible along with all the major food delivery services. The parking is a bit tight in the driveway but that is normal for Seattle. There's plenty of street parking. The House is on a corner and next to a school. The noise was not an issue. There are 3 levels. Basement with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Second has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Word of caution. The stairs at the top end are shorter steps. If you are not careful, you will fall down. There are warning signs. The house has both heat and centralized ac. I did notice a window unit in the east bedroom on the second floor. My guess is that part of the house doesn't get that cold. We came in February so its just a guess. The kitchen worked for us. It had all the basics. The only issue is all the frying pans were worn out. I would recommend the owners to replace them for future guests. The Main floor does have a TV. In the pictures, it shows an empty fireplace mantle. There is a full washer and machine in the basement. Similar to other posts, if you have a lot of people taking hot showers, it will run out quickly. We just scheduled accordingly. The beds were Tempurpedic style and were comfortable. Since it's an older house that was renovated, some of the doors do swing due to the imbalance of the frame and floor. Overall a great place to house 10 people. I would recommend this place based on location and internal amenities.
