Heavenly Ski Condo - emplacement privilégié, à quelques minutes des pistes

Ceci est une maison de ville en copropriété à 2 niveaux avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain (4 couchages max).

Restez et détendez-vous dans cette maison de ville confortable et confortable sur Ski Run Boulevard.

Il est situé au centre de la ville de South Lake Tahoe, à moins d'un mile du bord du lac; 5 minutes des casinos de State Line, NV .; et à 2 minutes des remontées mécaniques de Heavenly Ski Resort (California Lodge).

Une fois que vous entrez dans le condo, vous vous retrouverez dans une belle retraite.

Le salon spacieux offre une belle vue sur les pistes de ski Heavenly, oĂč vous pouvez Ă©galement vous dĂ©tendre sur le canapĂ©, devant la cheminĂ©e chaleureuse et confortable, aprĂšs une journĂ©e.
Une télévision HD et un lecteur DVD à rayons bleus sont dans le salon.

Que vous choisissiez de cuisiner un merveilleux repas, de préparer un petit-déjeuner simple ou de faire un gùteau, notre cuisine entiÚrement équipée dispose de tous les ustensiles et de la vaisselle dont vous avez besoin.
Nous avons installé un nouveau four, une table de cuisson et un évent en acier inoxydable à l'été 2016.

La chambre principale a un lit queen size, une télévision HD et un lecteur DVD, un placard de bonne taille, une commode à 2 tiroirs, 2 tables de chevet et un balcon qui s'ouvre sur les bois sereins.

La deuxiĂšme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, une commode Ă  5 tiroirs, une table de chevet et un placard.

Les deux chambres sont meublées avec goût avec un thÚme de chalet de montagne.

Il y a 2 salles de bains dans l'unité, une à l'étage et une en bas.

Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité, installée en 2016, ce qui vous permet de faire la lessive.

Connexion Internet haute vitesse (WI-FI) fournie.

Perfect cozy cabin

We throughly enjoyed this cabin. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked most of our meals. Had space for everyone.

Great property near Heavenly ski resort!

I had the opportunity to stay at this cabin. The owner was very helpful and responds quickly to queries. Definitely would recommend staying in this cabin if you are planning to ski at Heavenly. The drive up to the California lodge is not far at all and is nearby the casinos as well.

Very convenient location, just a few steps from the shuttle to Heavenly. Angela(owner) very responsive by text with any questions. Precise information for easy check in.

Great location for skiing

The condo is located near the base of the lifts on the California side of Heavenly. It would be a fairly long walk but driving only took 5 minutes and you beat most of the traffic. Everything about the condo was as described and the location is very quiet.

Convenient to skiing

My brother and I enjoyed Angela's condo as we skied a couple of days at Heavenly. It was a short drive to both the California Lodge and Gondola. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were able to check in early, and Angela was quick to respond to a few questions. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to Ski at Heavenly.

unbeatable location

It is just 2 big blocks away from the California Main Lodge of the Heavenly ski center. It is really convenient. The home is cozy and have a lot of cooking utensils. The owner is extremely responsive. Do bring your own shampoo/conditioner/Kleenex/laundry detergent. We definitely enjoyed the stay. Will come back next time visiting Heavenly.

Peaceful and convinient

Location was good if you are looking for a quiet getaway that is close to the California lodge. If you are looking to be in the casino action, this is not the place. That said, it was a short uber ride and not a big deal. Place was clean, comfortable, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Easy to find, easy check in, etc.

Great for a quick getaway!

We visited South Lake Tahoe for a girls' getaway in late October. When we were within one mile of the condo, we knew right away that the condo was in a great location - centrally located, nestled between pine trees and the base of the mountain. Ideal! The condo itself was a little dated and the carpet, in a couple of spots, showed dirt, but everything else was fine and in working order. We appreciated the space to hang out and having a full kitchen and laundry available. We didn't use the stove (gas), but I'm sure if we were there longer, we would have used it. And we definitely appreciated the hot water - it was almost instantly hot. The only complaint we have is that there weren't enough cable channels, but rationalized that TV watching shouldn't be on the agenda with the lake and mountains to explore. Angela was a great host and any questions we had were promptly answered. Thank you, Angela! All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Really comfortable condo close to heavenly

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay for last-minute ski trip. Yeah, we could always stay at a hotel, but we found it really doesn’t provide the space to relax. This condo close to heavenly Valley was really a great experience. It has two bedrooms downstairs and the living room and kitchen upstairs. I don’t know why more houses or condos aren’t configured like this because it’s really great for a ski cabin. Anyway, the condo was well-maintained, clean and very comfortable. It looks like the owners have updated it in the last few years. The downstairs master bedroom was a nice size, it was comfortable, quiet and dark (great for sleeping late). There was even a flatscreen TV. The other bedroom had two twin beds and seemed comfortable. There’s a toilet and shower downstairs and a sink outside the bedrooms. The upstairs was great for us! A fireplace, large flatscreen TV with DVD player, comfortable couch, a couple of blankets for the couch made it an area where you really wanted to hang out. One whole wall was pretty much floor-to-ceiling windows. I really like the sun coming in so it was great in the morning. There’s also a full bath upstairs. The kitchen was small but very functional. Everything you need. The eating area consisted of a kind of a counter/dining table. We really liked this because you could sit at the eating area and see the fireplace or the TV and still be close to the kitchen. We ended up making a couple of dinners there and enjoying some nice wine. If you don’t feel like cooking, I have to say we really love this place called Himmel Haus, which is close by. Very few restaurants these days make everything from scratch, yes including ketchup. Even if you’re spoiled and live in the Bay Area like us, you’ll like this place.

Short stay

The property was adequate, however it was very hot the four days we were there. The unit had no AC but it did have two fans. The beds were uncomfortable and housecleaning mixed up the day we were leaving. They came two days early and entered the unit and began cleaning, even though our belongings were there. We ended up leaving a day early.

Great location!

The location was great. Close to the beach and casinos! Downstairs is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and then upstairs is the living room and kitchen and additional bathroom. It was a hot weekend and there was smoke outside from nearby fires so without ac we were pretty hot inside the condo. I recommend you bring additional fans. There are only 2 at the condo. Thanks!!

Could not have loved our stay more!

Could not have loved our stay more! The condo was the perfect size and location. This was our first time in South Lake Tahoe, and after this stay it certainly won't be the last. Everything is within a 15 min drive or less, from hikes to beaches to the village/shops. While it did get a bit warm upstairs during the afternoon/evening (as to be expected given A/C isn't typical there), the downstairs bedrooms were the perfect temperature at night to sleep. Do not have enough good things to say. Can't wait to be back!

Great location for this condo

We had a good time at this condo, it's perfectly placed just far enough from the noise from south lake. Very nice neighbors and the kitchen was equipped so we can cook our own meals. The stairs are a bit of a challenge.

The condo is spacious for 2 people. It’s in a quiet area, but not far from the main streets. We did not have problems checking in or out. I very much appreciate the detailed information provided regarding staying at the condo (what’s available for use, parking, WiFi, and anything else in between).
