Firstly, I was very happy to hear that you (and your lovely friends) thought the apartment lived up to your expectations and that you all enjoyed your short weekend stay at Casa Alados . My only aim is to give my guests the best experience possible and I have always done my very best to achieve that (you will see all my previous reviews attest to that.) As I tried to explain to you, when you were here, that all the details regarding the property and amenities are announced clearly on the website, so the only explanation must be that perhaps you did not bother to read it properly. The pool is not, and has never been, open in early June (during your stay) - and it is stated very clearly on the vrbo website that it is only open in the summer months of July/August. The lovely large pool is for the use of the community of people staying in the urbanisation of Les Planes Del Rei (the municipality of Pratdip has its own pool) and is in the community area a short distance away (but far enough not to be a disturbance) I am of course very disappointed (and frankly quite shocked) to hear that you think I tried to deceive you in any way, but I wish you well and am sorry for any misconception you may have had.

It was a great pleasure to host such a lovely couple and hope to welcome you both here again soon. We are so happy to hear that you had a comfortable and relaxing stay, enjoying the natural tranquillity and those wonderful views. However we were sorry to hear that you would have preferred an espresso coffee machine, rather than American filter machine, and that the hand juicer was not adequate for you. For your next visit we will try to make sure your stay is100% perfect !!
