Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for woalking to Downtown Helen - bars and restaurants. Peaceful in early September: waterpark opposite was closed for renovations and close neighbours only seen on 1 night. Property is as described if a little dated. Easy parking on property and easy access using door code (10 digits). Freindly staff. Good advice and directions.

Loved this property perfect for the family. Walking distance to Cool River tubing so we didn’t have to drive and fight for a parking spot. Very clean and loved that there were lots of extra pillows, blankets and throws. I would definitely book here again!

Favorite thing was the river access! Also the house was clean. A couple of things to think about:- no dining room table ( island only seating)- a/c in master was not working - both beds were horrible. We did not get much sleep but loved the river area where we spent most of our time.I did let the management company know and she offered to let us go after first night but we had already unpacked and could not stomach unpacking and finding a place last minute.Hope that helps :)Helen was a fun little trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was clean and very cute. I was surprised that the houses were so close together. The pictures made it look as though they weren't. I didn't know it was on stilts until I went directly to the Georgia mountain rental site after it was too late to change plans or cancel. The reason I chose this was the bedroom was on the first floor of the house. My mom has difficulty with stairs. She did not get to come.Other than that the house was lovely. The rental company actually called to check on us. It is pretty close to downtown, but since it was so hot we drove.

We had a wonderful time in Helen. The house was very comfortable for the four of us and convenient to downtown area. Nicely decorated and it felt like home. The view of the river was pretty and the sound of the water flowing down the river was relaxing. We had a spider issue outside on the deck but the host took care of it immediately. The host stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend staying at this location! You will not be disappointed.

Everything was clean when we walked in. Aside from some lady bugs that made their way in from the cold snap. The rules were very clear for check in and out. They have a courtesy call after we checked in too. Great experience. Will be back.

Great place!

My daughters and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved it! The cabin is beautiful and the location is great, both quiet and close to everything. If you’re a book lover, I highly recommend visiting Mt. Yonah book exchange. The owner is amazing. We also enjoyed the safari drive through.

Great property, right on the river. Kids enjoyed playing in the river, we enjoyed the unit although we were out in Helen with all there was to do most of the time, especially the tubing.

Perfect cabin!

The location was great and the cabin was very clean and comfortable, it had absolutely everything that we needed! We would definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and family.
