Cette maison de vacances en duplex est parfaite pour les familles qui ont l'intention de passer la plupart de leur temps dans la rivière ou au parc aquatique. Situé derrière le parc aquatique Cool River Tubing et à distance de marche du centre-ville d'Helen! La lumière remplit cette maison à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond donnant sur la rivière Chattahoochee. Asseyez-vous sur le pont arrière et écoutez l'eau couler. Préparez un dîner sur le gril à gaz, nous fournissons le propane!

Blottissez-vous contre les meubles en cuir et profitez de la télévision à écran plat dans le salon avec connexion WiFi gratuite. La cuisine et le salon sont ouverts les uns aux autres, laissant beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir pendant la cuisson et faire des collations pendant la soirée cinéma! Montez les bûches à gaz pour une soirée confortable avec la chaleur et la lueur d'un feu.

Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la chambre Stars and Stripes, décorée et représentant tout ce qui est le drapeau américain. Cette chambre a sa propre télévision. Le bain Stars and Stripes est juste en face du hall avec une douche à l'italienne. A l'étage se trouve la chambre principale avec un lit queen size, une vanité rétro et un miroir pleine longueur. Cette chambre a également sa propre télévision. La salle de bain principale a une baignoire de jardin à jets, prête à apaiser vos problèmes.

Loved this property perfect for the family. Walking distance to Cool River tubing so we didn’t have to drive and fight for a parking spot. Very clean and loved that there were lots of extra pillows, blankets and throws. I would definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful time in Helen. The house was very comfortable for the four of us and convenient to downtown area. Nicely decorated and it felt like home. The view of the river was pretty and the sound of the water flowing down the river was relaxing. We had a spider issue outside on the deck but the host took care of it immediately. The host stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend staying at this location! You will not be disappointed.

Everything was clean when we walked in. Aside from some lady bugs that made their way in from the cold snap. The rules were very clear for check in and out. They have a courtesy call after we checked in too. Great experience. Will be back.

Great property, right on the river. Kids enjoyed playing in the river, we enjoyed the unit although we were out in Helen with all there was to do most of the time, especially the tubing.

Door entry was not on time. Stood in the cold thinking we were doing something wrong. Called the office said they had reports of them not syncing on time. Fire place had some burn marks on the rocks we tried it but didn't work. Day bed in loft could be upgraded. To make it a great stay

Cabin is adorable! Cozy and close to everything. Could use new mattresses tho, they’re not very comfortable. You can even see intentions after removing the sheets. Otherwise it was perfect!

Great place!

My daughters and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved it! The cabin is beautiful and the location is great, both quiet and close to everything. If you’re a book lover, I highly recommend visiting Mt. Yonah book exchange. The owner is amazing. We also enjoyed the safari drive through.

Spring Break Get-Away

My husband and I are teachers, and we just needed to relax. The cabin is cozy and right on the river. It is very close to town, and we even walked one time to get some exercise. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and river access

Gorgeous house in a good location, close to the town and to beautiful trails. I love that the river runs just a few yards away from the property. We will definitely comeback and recommend it to anybody.

Dual anniversary trip

Shared an anniversary get away with my sister and brother in law who have the same anniversary date as us! We had a great time visiting and catching up and seeing all the sights of Helen. Really enjoyed catching some local yard and estate sales and thrift stores in the area on Saturday! Would definitely stay again!
