Ranch maison de 3 chambres dans un quartier calme

Cette maison de style ranch de 3 chambres a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e. Il a une nouvelle cuisine et salle de bain, les planchers sont rĂ©novĂ©s et il a de nouvelles portes et fenĂȘtres. Nous venons de mettre en l'air central et cela fonctionne trĂšs bien! Il n'y a qu'une Ă©tape dans la maison. Ceci est situĂ© dans un dĂ©veloppement avec principalement des personnes ĂągĂ©es, donc c'est calme. Il y a 3 niveaux de plate-forme Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison pour votre plaisir. Ce serait un endroit idĂ©al pour prendre un cafĂ© le matin ou un repas ou se reposer pour obtenir le bronzage dont vous avez toujours rĂȘvĂ©. Il y a une assez grande cour Ă  l'arriĂšre avec une clĂŽture tout autour pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Les meubles sont principalement neufs, y compris les appareils et laveuse et sĂ©cheuse que vous pouvez utiliser. Le sous-sol n'est pas encore prĂȘt Ă  ĂȘtre utilisĂ© par les clients.

10/10 Home from Home. Beautiful peaceful area. We spent 1 month in Mary’s home during a summer heat wave. The air con was an added bonus. So many family memories created in this tranquil home, it will never be forgotten.

Wonderful Place To Stay

We stayed here for three months roughly due to a summer internship. The owners were wonderful to interact with and extremely helpful when needs arose. The home itself is welcoming and cozy and supplied with basics such as kitchenware, keurig, internet, and TV. The location is great. In a nice quiet neighborhood just off a main highway in eastern Lancaster County, PA. Lancaster city is nearby and Philadelphia is an hour and a half away, with plenty of places to go and things to do in between. We wholeheartedly commend this property to rent, not simply because of the property itself but because the owners were great as well.

Highly recommend, clean, comfortable, close to everything.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. Close to everything, amenities like dishwasher and washer/dryer, quiet neighborhood, easy check-in process (booked last minute), quick communication. Easy enough. Only warning is the tenant living downstairs. Just make sure you read the entire description! Would book again.

Perfect space for our Lancaster visit!

The property was exactly what we needed for our widowed mother, sister and family friend who had their own rooms on the main floor. My husband and I had the lower level. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings before we started our days activities. We would definitely book with Mary again!

This house is nice and very clean. It was very well supplied and had everything we needed It is very close to all the amish areas and to the Hershey park. Hostess was very easy to work with.

Outstanding Accommodations for Five Senior Adults!

The five of us (two brothers and wives plus wife of deceased brother) from three different states meet every year - almost always in VRBO housing. This house was one of the very best! Quiet, comfortable, close to Sight and Sound, reasonable cost. Good entry provision - we just needed to call Mary to get a corrected code. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely quiet neighborhood with lot of nature! Birds, bunnies, squirrels and ground hogs. Very clean and well stocked home. Nicely maintained property. Close to everything there is to do in the Lancaster area.

House was super clean and had all amenities. We didn’t need anything more. Everything we wanted to see and do was within 20 minutes from the house.

A comfortable, homey place

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It had great beds and plenty of space for storing items if you want to remove them from your suitcase. The single bedroom and bath in the basement are a great suite for parents and a porta crib infant as it is generally quiet. We were unable to enjoy the decks outside because of the weather and were taken aback initially that the yard is not fully fenced as there are ungated openings at the front of the house. This could be made clearer in the description. But otherwise it is a wonderful space for a comfortable stay and the neighborhood was a comfortable place as well.

Comfortable house for a large family to stay

Perfect location easy to access Leola. Nice neighborhood. Everything was as described. Surprised to have to pass through a garage-type mud room where the laundry was to access the basement. Finished basement was great for family to relax and play pool, but a little cold.

My husband is a trim carpenter and I am a retired nurse and store owner ( I used to have King's Victorian House). Maybe you were there! Now I am kept busy taking care of our properties.
