Profitez de lac très privé à la maison avec vue sur le lever / coucher de soleil! Maison spacieuse pour 20 ans et plus

Cette maison de lac haut de gamme est très bien située, à 10 minutes de Minocqua et à 10 minutes du Casino du Lac des Torches à Lac du Flambeau! Pratique pour l'autoroute, mais assez en retrait pour que vous ne le sachiez pas. Profitez d'une belle route de campagne du nord qui vous mène à l'allée pavée et sinueuse. La vie privée, la nature, la paix et la tranquillité, et les vagues qui frappent le rivage sont ce qui vous entoure lorsque vous parcourez la propriété. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de propriétés qui se comparent à la vie privée que vous apprécierez ici. La maison a trop d’excellentes caractéristiques à mentionner, mais quelques-unes de ses préférées sont: le foyer et le foyer, une chambre à coucher "aile" de la maison qui permet de contenir le bruit dans la maison pour les noctambules ou les lève-tôt, 5 chambres à coucher plus une grande chambre à coucher au niveau inférieur. La cuisine a une vue sur le lac depuis tous les coins cuisine et salle à manger! Profitez du coucher de soleil depuis la table de la cuisine ou du lever du soleil depuis les chambres. Dans la soirée, observez le lac au clair de lune tout en vous asseyant autour d'un feu de camp ou en prenant un verre sur le pont. L'intérieur est plein de jeux de société amusants et d'une table de billard. Souvent dans la journée, vous verrez des aigles s'élever au-dessus de la propriété et la vie sauvage est abondante. C’est une journée facile pour socialiser sur le pont, pêcher ou nager sur le quai long et large, ou sauter dans votre bateau et passer toute la journée (le lac Fence fait partie d’une chaîne de lacs) à profiter de l’eau.
C'est une maison idéale pour les grands groupes qui souhaitent célébrer l'anniversaire de leurs parents ou tous être réunis pour des fêtes, un groupe d'anciens amis se réunissant avec leurs familles, un groupe religieux ou une fin de semaine de scrapbook pour femmes, pêcheurs, chasseurs, motoneigistes , ou un groupe d'amis qui vont au casino!
Peu importe ce que vous faites, vous apprécierez certainement de passer du temps avec votre famille et vos amis dans cette maison du lac!

Beautiful location on a large but very quiet lake. Gorgeous views, and plenty of room in the house to accommodate our large family, ranging in age from 2 to 66. The house was very nicely equipped, and the only issue we had was quickly resolved. Could not recommend this property more highly.

Wonderful, relaxing, fun week up north!Between lazy mornings on the deck, tubing, fishing, yard games, and bonfires, my extended family (3 generations now!) had a wonderful time making memories.The home is spacious and lovely and includes everything you need for a large gathering. The property owners are welcoming, very responsive, and provide lots of information about the property and surrounding area.This is our 2nd time at the property and we will definitely come visit again sometime!

Wonderful north woods lakeside vacation

Great place to experience a family vacation on a lake in northern Wisconsin. The hosts were very helpful with info before we arrived. Rented a pontoon boat which was a good deck to add to the week’s activities.

Love all Bonding Time properties but this one was perfect for our large group. Lots to do in the area and the connecting lakes are awesome. This was our 3 time here. Making plans for the next time already!

Fun in the sun

We had a blast! It was a perfect house for our large family and so much to do. The layout was perfect for early risers and late stayer uppers! Can’t wait to come back!!

Family northwoods vacation

A perfect vacation house on Fence Lake for our family of 17 adults and children. The double-wide pier, fire pit, and deck somewhat elevated over the lake with clear views make for a wonderful outdoor experience. Newly remodeled bathrooms are a nice addition to the comfortable, spacious living quarters. We booked this property again, for the third consecutive year.

A great summer getaway

Bonding Time on Fence Lake was a great summer retreat for our family. The very well stocked kitchen and the abundance of room in the home meant there was something for everyone in our diverse group. The Bonds were super attentive to our needs. It is a great property with a gradual slope out into the water. It was a fun week and can't wait to go back.

Snowmobilers Retreat...

Located less than a stones throw off Corridor 17 you will have easy access to all the local trails and establishments. The house was very comfortable and roomy. After a long day of riding, sitting around the fireplace socializing capped off a perfect day. I would definitely stay here again. Our entire group of 18 had a great time! Thank you!

We always have such a good time with plenty to do. It’s nice to have all the extra toys and games to enjoy. The house is nice and roomy. The owners are the best to work with. This is our third year with one of their properties and we are trying another one next year.

Family get away

The house was lovely and comfortable for such a large group! Kitchen is well stocked with cookware for big family groups Gracious inside spaces for board/card games, pool, movie watching The lake and chain was beautiful! Quiet, clear, fun! The pier was great for fishing! And our rented pontoon died up nicely and safely to the pier. My grandchildren pined for a beach area for playing in the sand as we had perfect weather.

Christmas Celebration - 2021

We were all able to fit and stay comfortably...there was lots of room for our family - grandparents, their children, and their grandchildren. (total of 13) Lots of indoor activities available for days when it's too cold to be outside. Appreciated that they had a Christmas tree there, too. Very positive experience.

Wonderful lake house

We had a wonderful week! Great house on a beautiful lake! We were a group of 13 and the house had plenty of room to spread out. Wonderful sitting areas and spacious kitchen. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Dave and Diane were very thorough and easy to get in touch with from the minute we booked. Dave met us upon check in and showed us around which we appreciated. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

A Special place

We stayed at the home for a week and loved it. The home well maintained. The owners care about your experience as well as their home. We especially appreciated how quiet the home was despite having a lot of people with us. Part of that is the nature of the layout of the home, as well as the quality of construction. The kitchen is excellent and well laid out, if not new. The views to the lake are spectacular.

Fit for a King

Our group of 17 ranging from ages 4- grandpa all enjoyed the property. Peace and quiet and privacy. Bald eagles, chipmunks, frogs and fish just to name a few. The chain o lakes was awesome. House was clean and stocked- had everything a group our size needed. You will not regret staying at Bonding Time LLC.

Wonderful vacation!

Plenty of room for the 14 of us that stayed for the week, as well as additional family visiting various days. The house is very well stocked; I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't already there. Favorite part was sunsets over the lake, followed by nightly bonfires. The lake is beautiful, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The water nearest the dock is rock covered but they are smooth, and as soon as you walk out a bit it's mostly sandy. There's a nice selection of water shoes for your use but recommend bringing a pair if you have them. Will definitely stay here again!

40th Birthday and Reunion

We’ve stayed on this chain of lakes a lot, and this was the perfect house for the amount of people we had! We surprised someone for their 40th birthday with some old Army buddies we haven’t seen in years! We definitely made new wonderful memories. The new dock was awesome with two boats in our party and great space to sit and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. If we have this amount of people again, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again!

Great place for a restful getaway

We spent a long weekend at this property with a group of friends and family. Perfect for large groups. It is an excellent property that is well loved and cared for. Great views, spacious all across, well stocked, super clean and special attention to details and needs of the guests. The view of the lakes front the large deck is phenomenal. Lots of extras in the home for guests to enjoy. David and Diane, the owners of the property are a delight to work with. Their responsiveness and follow through says a lot about how much they care about this being a great experience for their guests. We would absolutely go back!!

We LOVE the location of this house! It is set back in the woods, so peaceful and tranquil ... yet such quick, easy access to Hwy 47! It's so convenient to travel a short distance to many of the surrounding areas that we also enjoy, such as Lake of the Torches Casino in Lac du Flambeau, Manitowish Waters, Minocqua, Woodruff, St Germain, Boulder Junction, and more!
