Very pleasant place to stay. The cabin was clean and had so many vintage items to enjoy. Lots of areas to walk, discover cabins, the river, apple orchard and chickens!

Cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Owners are lovely and left lights on for us when we were going to be gone after dark. Beds were comfortable and it was a nice, quiet place to stay when we were done adventuring for the day.

Beautiful cabin with fine detail to craftsmanship. Kitchen had everything you could imagine. We got what we wanted: rest, peace and quiet. Superb hosts.

We enjoyed our time again at the cabin. The kids loved the chickens and outside play equipment. The cabin was clean and felt cozy. We would recommend as a family-friendly place to stay.

The Cabin at Lowell far exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect venue for our stay. It was immaculate! The hosts were friendly and welcoming. They made you feel at home. We were able to explore the property and spend time outside enjoying our time together. I highly recommend staying here--you won't regret it. We will definitely go back!

This cabin is amazing! Hosts are very nice, friendly people and are very accommodating. The place is cozy, clean, uniquely decorated, with plenty of places around the property to explore . It's also stocked with plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. This is a repeat stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.

This property was absolutely wonderful in every way. It is in the country so it was a very peaceful escape. There are hiking trails that go back into a beautiful woods with little buildings filled with interesting antiques. We were going to go to the state park, which is only about 10 minutes away, to take our daughter's senior pictures, but we just ended up staying on the property all day. We got lots of lovely pictures and felt like we were already in the state park. The inside of the house is well-kept and clean. There are antiques lining the walls so it was fun just taking time to look around the house. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, containers, etc. as we do most of our cooking on our own. Mankato is just a 15-20 minute drive which has access to everything you could need. We were there for two nights and we felt like we needed two more days to see it all. If you are looking for a peaceful get away, this is it! We hope to return again sometime soon!

We enjoyed our stay on the property. It was close to mankato and minneopa state park, and also offered solitude and a comforting cabin. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and provided a wonderful stay for our family.

This cabin is an absolutely perfect escape. Beautiful setting, quiet, peaceful. The cabin itself is cozy, with all the modern conveniences with a woodsy cabin vibe. Mankato, MN is nearby for anything you may need. The cabin is able to comfortably house 8 people with plenty of room indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed an evening in front of the fire ring listening to the birds and wildlife. There is a lot to see and explore in the woods around the cabin. If the opportunity ever avails itself, our family would stay here again. We thank the hosts for all their work to make this the most enjoyable stay. Thank you.
