Le BRAND NEW Highlands Lodge est une incroyable cabine de 8 chambres et 8 1/2 salles de bain pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 41 personnes dans le luxe avec la vue sur la montagne Smoky la plus étonnante que vous êtes susceptible de voir depuis n'importe quel immeuble locatif. Cette merveille de Smoky Mountain regorge de commodités incroyables qui sont presque trop nombreuses pour être répertoriées ... mais nous allons essayer!

*** Niveau principal: Highlands View dispose d'un grand parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 voitures individuelles. La grande entrée s'ouvre sur le coin cuisine / salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas fait maison pour votre groupe et il y a beaucoup de sièges dans la grande salle à manger. Une buanderie est située à ce niveau avec une demi-salle de bain pour votre confort. Il y a 2 chambres à ce niveau, à la fois avec des lits king-size et des dormeurs futon, donc chaque chambre peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Un salon avec des chaises et des canapés confortables permet à vos invités de se détendre tout en regardant une télévision à écran plat de 65 pouces. Ce niveau cède la place à une grande terrasse privée avec une vue incroyable sur les Smokies et le centre-ville de Gatlinburg, parfait pour les petits mariages et rassemblements.

*** NIVEAU EN AMONT - Le niveau à l'étage de la cabine comprend une table de billard, ainsi qu'un futon pour dormir plus. Il y a 2 chambres à ce niveau, chacune avec un ensemble de lits superposés sur mesure ainsi que des salles de bains privées. Une chambre a 4 lits superposés sur mesure Queen et l'autre chambre a un ensemble de lits superposés sur mesure et ainsi qu'un lit superposé Twin sur mesure. Ce niveau peut accueillir jusqu'à 17 personnes.

*** Niveau inférieur - Ce niveau pourrait être appelé le niveau "Divertissement" car il a une salle de théâtre impressionnante qui est parfaite pour regarder des films, le grand jeu ou même faire une présentation d'entreprise. Pour votre confort, il y a aussi un coin cuisine avec réfrigérateur, évier et micro-ondes. Accès à une grande terrasse privée avec une vue incroyable sur les Smokies. Il y a 4 chambres à ce niveau, chacune avec un canapé futon et sa propre salle de bain privée. Ce niveau peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes.

Views from the main level and the back decks were awesome. Place was clean and spacious. We were able to check in a little early, without asking, which was a pleasant surprise. Listing doesn't show backyard, but there is a great, flat grassy area that the kids enjoyed running around in.

The view was amazing. The home is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and everything you need for an amazing stay. Fully stocked kitchen, huge fridge and freezer. Extra fridge in the theater room area. Just perfect for our family. Came home and booked for next year.

The view is absolutely amazing! We had such a great time celebrating our father’s 86th birthday who is handicapped. The cabin was well suited for him to get around on the main floor with a handicap bedroom and bathroom. The cabin was super clean. We saw a bear walking up the road behind the cabin. We made great memories with our family!

Awesome location

Amazing views from the property. Cabin was huge and very well maintained. Each BR with its own full bath was super convenient when you have a large group. We were 31 in total headcount and enjoyed the stay

Amazing, Nice, and Clean!

Our stay here was a wonderful experience and we couldnt asked for anything more! The check in process was simple and easy. The location was close to everything we needed. The view when you first enter the house is undesicribable, you just have to be there! The drive way, for bigger famalies, can EASILY fit 10-15 cars if people dont mind being blocked in. We got to see a bear on this location, so that was exciting too!

Amazing view!!

Our party of 18 had a wonderful stay at Highlands View Lodge. Every single amenity worked, space was fantastic, and the view was amazing! In addition to our 18, 8 other guests joined us for meals. There were plenty of pots pans dishes and appliance space for all our needs. Plentiful parking, tables, chairs, couches and fun for the young adults!! We were even visited by a bear in the back yard. Wow! What a weekend! Thanks!!

Highlands View Lodge is the best

We had 25 people from 6 months to senior citizens gather for a family reunion. Everyone loved the house. This is a 5 star property and we had a 5 star vacation. The view of the mountains is unparalleled. We did see bears walking in the driveway several times. We suggest a strong bear warning in the house somewhere. We had reviewed with our group what to do if you see a bear.

WOW - for both views & accommodations

What a great large space for family and or reunion. Everything we could have imagined was provided - kids loved the movie theater and video games. Views from the patio were amazing and so peaceful as we watched the clouds float by - all while looking across the mountains at Anakeesta. My only recommendation is for a bit larger bath towels. They are a bit on the small side. Otherwise everything was comfy and it was a very seamless express check-in. They even called us when the house was ready - a few hours before our check-in. Definitely would say again.

Great view, but had a few big problems

We booked this property for my parent's 50th anniversary and a family reunion with 30 family members. The house is situated high on a hill overlooking Gatlinburg and has amazing views. It has a small level yard that was mostly fenced in, so that was a bonus for the kids to play in. The movie theater, video games and pool table were nice, and it had plenty of seating in the kitchen and space to spread out inside. The decks are large and have great views. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work the whole week even though maintenance came out several times to look at it. Even worse, the kitchen had roaches. When we complained after the first day, they sent someone to spray, but we still came upon roaches on the kitchen counters several more times throughout the week. Very gross. One of the showers on the main floor also leaked into the basement bathroom. For the price we paid per night we had high expectations and were disappointed by these negatives.

Overall experience was okay. Communication during checkin was horrible. The canon wasn’t very clean, my family had to pre and post clean. Lots of ants was crawling around on the inside. No cable unless you used your own Netflix. Dishes wasn’t cleaned from last visit I suppose, we went out and purchase our own dishes to cook with.

This review is simply unfair. The only communication that we had with this guest was prior to their stay. She was not happy because we had to have signed paperwork on her reservation. With all of the credit card fraud going on in our world right now, we just won't take any chances. There are no issues with cable TV, plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare and serve most any meal that doesn't require a 5 star chef. This cabin is really, really nice with incredible views of the Mountains and Downtown Gatlinburg and our guests love it!

We enjoyed the stay. Everything looks good. Bear damaged one of our cars, so be sure no food in the car all the time.
